I experienced the worst customer service today at the Enterprise at the Philadelphia Automall location. I was false accused and a false insurance claim was made against me and insurance company. The Assist Manager filed a claim due to believing the color of the passenger door on the driver's side had been painted. This was the most absurd thing I had ever heard. This would require professional work and an out of pocket cost for a rental when I have insurance company. Not to say the car was returned in the exact manner it was given. If you chose to use this location I would advise taking pictures or a video in order not to experience or be falsely accused. This seems to be illegal but hope it's not a pattern. So please be aware.

I rent a car to go to NC. The tires went flat and put the spare on was flatt too tried to get another rental no car at 4 locations. Had to fly back home cause I was left on my on with no way to get back. They only concern was the car and I had road side assist. And they charged me 596. 00 when they were to charge for 1 day of 134.00. They are liars and Thieves. I will Sue them when I return. Donot rent from Enterprise unless you want to walk home. They only care about those beat up cars that someone else damage. They didn't check the spare before I left Philly.

too far from airport. one shuttle that takes forever for a round trip. cars are mediocre. Staff does little for customer service. Close it down and remove Payless name.

We rented a car from here a few months back and had no problems whatsoever. I forget the guy's name that helped us but he was very tall and very nice. And we loved the Subaru Outback that we rented so much that we ended up going out and buying one to replace my Equinox that burned up in a fire at our vacation home (the reason why we needed to rent a car in the first place). Overall, it was a great experience and we would rent from there again for sure.

Enterprises does a great job of working with your insurance company if you were involved in an auto accident. My lunatic smashed into my car in a hit and run and the arsehole ran away from the crime scene leaving his car. The police suspect it was a stolen car. In a fit anxiety there are so many things going through one'e head. I called my insurance to explain what happened and they arrange rental car from Enterprise. That was it, just one phone call and no paperwork needed to bring to Enterprise. The only downside is waiting for a representative to help me in the hot sun. You cannot go inside into air condition building. I waited for about an hour before someone can get me my rental. When come time to return the car, you can go to any close location to return the car which is so convenient. Overall Enterprise is hassle free experience for my situation.

Stopped in this busy Enterprise location to pickup a rental car for an out of town relative. The staff was really nice and car was ready when promised. Since this location closes early they allowed us to drop off at the airport at the end of the day. We will definitely be back if we need another rental.

dogshit business. overcomplicate everything. they essentially make it impossible to rent a car if you don't have bills in your name at your residence. go anywhere else.

Enterprise is not the best to rent from at all and they should retrain their staff to be cohesive at all locations. Why is it that I can rent a car easily in a different state through Enterprise easily without the need for prying eyes into my utilities? Every location in the Philadelphia location all ask different questions which makes it highly frustrating. Why do I need to provide my auto insurance along with the amount I have on collision?

I wish I could give them a zero. They blamed me for damages to the rental I had a day after I dropped it off. The car looked absolutely fine when I dropped it off. I should've took pictures but had no idea that something like this would happen. They are scam artists! Don't ever go here.

Be prepared to wait because they have no cars to rent, staff lies and double talks you, company is NOT helpful when I complained...they double talk you also, had to go to another Enterprise to rent a car ( which I will never do again), and they didn't santize the car. Use another company, Enterprise is horrible
