We needed a rental through insurance. Process was smooth and convenient. Ashya was great, they "got you". Ashya was accommodating and went out of their way to meet all my needs, even stayed late for me one night. Their customer service made the process less stressful during a stressful time. They had a nice variety for selections. We needed to change cars for a bigger car for our trip and Ashya made it so easy. Highly recommend.

Rented a car from this location through my insurance after mine was totaled. I was nervous about the whole process but Mike was great and made the whole experience super easy. Return process was easy too. I'm only docking a star because I was not a fan of all the very persistent calls/texts/emails that came from Enterprise Sales trying to get in touch with me about buying a car from them (since they knew mine was totaled). I don't think I ever expressed interest to them in buying a car from Enterprise and all the calls and texts while I was literally at work were off-putting and unwelcome. Even after I informed them I already had plans to purchase a car elsewhere, I was continuing to hear from them.

I been renting from this specific location for over 2 years now every time I need a rental they always come through. They are always informative and very friendly. I had a rental reservation via State Farm and I came in they put me in a nice car and few days later I came back and wanted to change the rental they had no issue and put me in a new vehicle. The branch manager Josh is very friendly and helpful.

Update 8/22/2018 Horrible experience .came to the 6800 rising sun location called before I came guy tells me they have no cars till 3pm I was like that's fine because I was coming far so I arrived 5pm .The website said they had a small hatchback was the type of car I needed because I was traveling with someone in a wheel chair. So they have no compact cars . The guy was like we're giving you a free upgrade ( technically it's not free because you don't have any compacts what I reserved) so he pulls up this car with a small trunk . I told him I can't get a wheel chair in this car. So they offer me a Larger car some kind of kia Sorrento but wanted to charge me $155 . I'm like most rental car companies give you what's on the lot if the run out of cars it was only for one day. So my rental went from $45 A day ton$155. I explained that I cannot pay the extra money on my creit card because I have another car reservation after I drop of the current rental off and its not enough time for me to add the additional money to my credit card since my bank takes two days to register. Since enterprise has a $400 hold that's two $400 holds. Now forgot to mention this con they tried to pull on insurance. How about if you get the ultimate full coverage the best of the best covering you and the other car . If you get into a accident Enterprise wants you to pay out of pocket a additional $169.00 ....whaaaaat !!!!! Never heard of something so ridiculous if you pay for the best insurance you should be covered point blank period. So I just left did not get a car cancelled all my enterprises reservation. Got on Alamo website checked they last minute deals from Thursday -Monday's $20 per day at the airport tax was high but rental came to $144 .for a 4 day rental unlimted miles. The girl at Alamo t front counter ask me do I want a upgrade I said no thanks. Got outside in Alamo lot no compacts I said do you have a hatchback for a wheel chair he said all we have is SUV right now got in left no extra charge.So in short Enterprise would rather have cars sit on the lot than give a customers what they need if they can't make a little extra money from you. Below old review Enterprise Will give your car to another customer regardless if you have a reservation. If you have somewhere really important to go please arrive early because they won't bat and eye to give your car away to a walk in because they pay more. Im not sure if they do this for pre paid customers. They hold a $400 on your credit card . Please take pics of any damage Enterprise is famous for charging damage fees for minor dents ..

This was my first time needing a rental after experiencing my first accident so needless to say I was a bit shaken. Caroline made the process easy every step of the way. She was the first person I spoke to and has made sure to be my contact person throughout the whole ordeal. Her friendly personality and get it done attitude is exactly what I needed. I was defintely a pain in the ass and everyone was very understanding and continued to prove me with the best service. I almost feel like it's cheating on them by dropping the car off at a close enterprise.

My husband was given a rental car from this Enterprise for a few days as a result of a motorcycle accident that he was. We had never rented a car before and were not sure what to expect, especially considering that it was the other guy's insurance that was responsible for the finances of the rental. We were both extremely pleased with the service that we received. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They seemed both interested in why we were renting and relieved that my husband survived his accident in one piece. They worked with the insurance company to get a car that better suited our needs. When I went to return the car, they asked how our customer service experience was. They genuinely wanted to hear my input. There's no other way to make a customer feel so valued. One of the gentlemen also made sure that I was okay getting home. I live pretty close by and wanted to walk since it was a gorgeous day, but he did offer me a ride home as part of the typical Enterprise customer service package. In this neighborhood there are plenty of hard working people, but the actual customer service received can be pretty sketchy at times. It was such a pleasant surprise to find such hard working people with such fantastic customer service skills who truly seemed happy with their work and their fellow employees. The core values that Enterprise lives by (as seen posted on the wall of the store) are exemplified in the employees at Rising Sun.

Let me start by saying that this is the first review that I have written in my life. If I could have given less then one star I would have. I work in retail and I know that sometimes it is challenging working with the public. I respect customer service so much that I tip worker's at the fast food drive thru if I get exceptional customer service. My story begins on March 12 when I woke up and found out that both my vehicle's were stolen from my driveway. I called my insurance company (progressive) and they set up a reservation for me at this location. I called the branch and they picked me up. When I got there they asked me what vehicle I wanted and I stated that I would take whatever the insurance company would pay for. They put me in a Kia Sorento and I was off. Yesterday I received a phone call from the branch at 3pm stating that the insurance company called them today and stated that they were no longer paying for the rental. I had to contact my wife and inform her that she had to leave work early today because enterprise just called and said that I had to return the car by 6pm. (She's a nurse and left work early during this pandemic). We got to enterprise at 530pm and was greeted by Eddie Lugo. He went and checked the car and return and said everything is fine and to close out the rental I had to pay 200 dollars. I asked him why they called me today and said the insurance isn't paying any longer. If that was the case why didn't you call me last week to inform me that they weren't paying. If you call people to tell them when the insurance company stops paying then you should have called me last week. Because as soon as you told me they weren't paying I would have dropped everything to return your vehicle like I did today. They informed me that I guess the insurance company dropped the ball and should have called them last week but didn't. I don't see why the consumer has to take the hit if two big companies, that probably do a lot of business together, can't communicate with each other. I asked Eddie to speak to the manager and he informed me that he was the Area Rental Manager. So he is in charge of several locations within a certain area. I asked him for a corporate number because if he wasn't going to have some compassion for his customers then I would talk to someone who would. Instead of giving me the corporate number he gave me a number to another branch. When I questioned that this couldn't be the corporate number he finally gave me the right number. He then told me that if I make a complaint that its going to come back to his desk to handle anyway. So you would rather have me call corporate and make a complaint instead of settling the problem now? How is that right to me that did nothing wrong. The insurance company is supposed to let you know when they are not paying and you inform the customer so they know that if they choose to remain in the vehicle that they would have to pay. This will be my last time at any enterprise. Like we are dealing with bigger problems in this world at this time.

I recently rented a car from the Rising Sun Ave. location for a few days. I was greeted by Jason (manager) and Cherita (asst. manager, I think). They were both pleasant and helpful. Cherita even mentioned that if I brought in my business card next time, I could get a 5% discount, since I was using a business credit card for the rental. I have rented cars from this location before and promised I would never come back due to an asinine person named Matt who used to work there. However, ever since Jason arrived as manager, I have never had any problems whatsoever. Jason and his team are friendly, professional and they make you feel special. I would highly recommend renting vehicles from this location mainly because of the wonderful staff there. It can be a hassle to rent a car but renting from this location is smooth sailing for me.

I've been an Enterprise customer for many years. I've used various location throughout the U.S. And every experience has been more than satisfactory, friendly, efficient, accommodating, etc. I've even purchased my last 2 cars from them with great pleasure and referred others to do the same. Which is why my customer service experience yesterday at their Rising Sun location took me by surprise. My insurance company made my reservation, explained the processes (which I, of course, am very familiar with), sent me my email confirmation, and this locations contact info. I called to schedule a pick up time. It took 15min for someone to answer, then I was disconnected. I called back, spoke to a rep, who put me on hold for another 10 min. When she came back to the phone she told me her computer screen was frozen, i would need to call back, and then she hung up. I called back, went thru the holding process again, and finally, I believe, the same rep answered. She made No apologies, just went straight into her spiel. I explained my need. She confirmed my reservation, then proceeded to quote a holding price 3 times what is normally held on your card. When I expressed my concern with the cost, she began to argue at me that all Enterprise locations place a $150 hold even if made through ones insurance company who were paying for the rental. I'm well aware that this is not the case, but her response was "Either you're gonna rent the car or not. So what do you want to do? I have other customers". Needless to say, I canceled my reservation. Not to allow one bad apple to ruin my years-long experience with Enterprise, I went to a different location I'm familiar with and enjoyed my normal great customer service experience (Roosevelt Blvd...Thanks guys for always being professional). I will continue to utilize Enterprise, but I will NEVER rent from the Rising Sun location. Thank God they have so many other locations to choose from.
