Holt's cigar company is awesome. I ordered my 1st mail order of Nub Cameroon cigars and they were excellent and fresh. The value is about $140 dollars off a box of 24 vs buying at a cigar lounge in Las Vegas. My 2nd order for the same Nubs was not so good. The whole box was of cigars was dried out and the cigar crumbled and leaf flaked. I tried another cigar with the same results. I investigated the other cigars in the box with the squeeze test and they were all dry, cracked, and leaf separation. I understand things happen during shipment... So part 2 on how the return goes... more to come. 5 stars for now. Part 2: Taylor Cruz Customer Service Representative has rectified my issue and sending a new box. Customer service above and beyond the best. Sent me a paid shipping label for my return... she even stated she will ensure the are inspected for freshness before shipping. HIGHLY RECOMMEND... treated like a VIP

I go there when ever i need a Cigar and have also used the mail order many times. Great in person service and in some cases, they might even give you one to try. I like going there. great help and knowledgeable staff, i highly recommend them. Kevin A

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gene at Holts, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, seemed like the hardest worker there emptying ashtrays, helping customers... Closing the blinds ,if they had five of him, they wouldn't need anything else

After a week of going back-and-forth, Holt came through with replacement. Thank you so very much now I'm going to ping the post office for their signature required which they never get. They just drop it off in the mail room and not in our mailbox.

Phenomenal cigar lounge, my favorite in the area. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Aswell as the most knowledgeable and professional I've seen. This would be the only lounge I'd go to if they were open later. Looking forward to the new lounge they're working on nearby that will have later hours.

I am a casual cigar smoker who enjoys a particular hard to find cigar type. After searching for this particular type of cigar I came across Holt's Cigar Company in Philadelphia online. I have ordered from this company numerous times now and have always had exemplary service and rapid shipping times. This past week I had ordered these cigars again and expected them to arrive within a few days. Unfortunately the US Postal Service routed the shipment from Philly to Eugene , OR distribution center. After. checking tracking, the shipment was re-routed to my destination in Alabama. I have still not received them and emailed Holt's with the routing error. The Customer Service representative immediately returned my email with an apology and was in the process of checking with USPS on this unconventional route. While this was happening, I received an email stating that I had a new shipment on its way to me. Holt's, and they didn't have to, sent me an overnight shipment of my favorite cigar and an apology for the original shipment taking so long. They ensured that i would still receive my original shipment in two or three days. This type of service, without being prompted has made me a customer for life! If I were a cigar lover looking for any brand you like at exceptional prices, I would highly recommend Holt's. They have friendly folks and processing is almost immediate. Thank you Holt's for your service and thank your customer service department for such prompt and above and beyond service. Matt G
