Hmmm a little torn because the food is kinda tasty, but the service is lacking big time. Very slow and not big on greeting their customers. Today I sat at an empty bar waiting for 20 mins to get a drink, and an order started. It was like I was invisible. If it wasn't for me being tired I would have left and thank goodness I wasn't ordering anything from Happy Hour menu because I would have missed that too. I also went on Sunday and service was meehh then too. Salmon was tasty though. It's very sad when the food is decent but service is horrible. The Quesadilla is tasty as well.

So Im here to reiterate what everyone is saying. The food was marginal. But that may also be due to having to order something i didn't want because they were out of the barria tacos . ( which we found out 20 minutes after ordering them) I ordered the grill salmon sandwich which was over cooked. All my condiments were on the side... weird. But the MAIN EVENT was the horrible service of the 9 employees in just the bar area with 7 tables! Or server literally has 3 tables including us and you would have thought they had her in kitchen washing dishes too. She got MIA very often. Took 20 minutes to bring us 2 neat shots and a beer... and some how messed that up. Brought one shot and the beer for me. I waited another 10 minutes for the second shot to appear. At which time we were told that the kitchen was out of our order and asked to pick something else. (Notice that 30 passed already) placed new order but now its togo because my girlfriend has to be at work by 11pm Note that I have my shot and beer I take one sip of the beer and realized that the keg is flat. Our server never returned. I go to the bar. I tell 1 of 3 people behind the bar my drink is flat and may I choose another IPA. Lol first off he had no idea which beers were IPA but funny thing the waitress told us she had Jamison bourbon too, so clearly they don't know their products. I tell him I can see sweetwater right there so I'll exchange... he tells me that I can only get it from my server. I explain I would love to if she ever came back to our table. So here I am AGAIN waiting for my drink to be corrected 10 minutes later she walks up to take my drink order. Lol Mind you I'm looking at the manager behind the bar...2/3 she never offered to correct either. 10 more minutes I get my correct beer. And now here comes the food. 40+ minutes later. And this is to go remember. Now my girl friend has to leave because it took forever for our food She delivers our food and does what. Walks away... now we like bishhh let us pay so we can leave. Get the bill... boom girlfriend tipped herself!! No WONDER YOUR SERVICE IS BUTT CHEEKS. You're tipping yourself regardless. Its okay many blessings to the young lady but one million percent will never step foot in here again

Let me start by saying the food here, in my opinion, only warrants about 2 stars. Not to say that it's terrible. Along the lines of Applebee's or Friday's. Fast food presented well. The extra 2 stars are for our server Maya. Very attentive, pleasant, helpful, ...... and any other positive adjective you can think of. The young lady is from Pittsburgh, but she has the kindness and charm of a southerner. She treated me and my little bayyybayyy very well.

I've been to this location multiple times in the past and enjoyed myself. I decided to take my wife last week and was very shocked at how it changed. Bartenders spend too much time flirting. It took approximately 20 min to receive our drinks and our waitress had to get the manager to make them because the bartender was busy talking. We decided against getting food and asked for the bill.37$ for 2 lemon drops. TAXES,SERVICE FEE was 10$ off the 37$. I won't be going back.

We were visiting our daughter at Drexel and decided to give it a try. Well since she has been at school and saying how bad the food was, I jokingly told her I would take her out for a terrible meal not to ruin her getting used to school food. Well I unknowingly managed to do it. The food was just not good. Everything was so oil soaked that we all left feeling ill. I would never recommend this place, unless I really don't like you, so if I ever tell you to go here you'll know how I feel about you.

Good music, food, and atmosphere. I've been to Landmark twice and it's been a nice experience. It's a unique place as it's a place to go to for any occasion and approriate for a wide range of ages from 21+. The waiters/waitresses are so friendly each time that I've been. I've ordered Landmark's wings and on my recent visit, I ordered the salmon blt. It's really good with fresh salmon, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and some wasabi sauce. It comes with a side of french fries. It's very good and it was at a reasonable price, $10.99. The menu is priced well with unique options. It's a good time to relax and listen to some good songs while enjoying a nice meal. If your in a mood, you can dance--it's not uncommon. On popular nights, parking can be hit or miss, so plan accordingly.

Great place for wings and finger food. My son wanted wings so we went here today for lunch. We are pleasantly surprised to see all you can eat wings for $12.99 from noon til 4pm. Normally ten wings are about $10. The wings were nicely seasoned, tender and juicy. The food arrived fairly quick and our waitress (Star) was attentive.

Never again! I've been here in the past. I can honestly say i've never had a "great" or bragworthy experience here. Just "meh", usually. But I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! We came in. The vestibule door is hanging a bit loose. It's DARK when you first walk in. No one is at the greeter desk. One guy walks by, mumbles something and goes about his business. Another woman comes and sits us, SLOWLY. The building is virtually empty, maybe 2 or 3 other patrons. We(3 of us) sit and WAIT for our server. We ask, and she tells us appetizers are half off. So we order appetizers and our food. We get our apps, and WAIT another 15-20 mins before the server comes and tells me that they don't have the sauce for the wings I ordered? What?!?! The only thing I really eat there are the wings! I change to their Fish & Chips. We easily wait another 25 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD! They obviously waited for my food before bringing all the meals out. The other orders of rings were soggy. And my fish tasted like fish soap. Then, to top it all off, the APPETIZERS WEREN'T HALF OFF! I will never go here again. I prefer the University City Jackson l location, but I didn't think I'd see such a dramatic drop-off in service and food quality and energy. Most of the staff such even seem like they wanted us there. NEVER. AGAIN.
