I will make pizza at home before I order here agai. I just ordered last night and was up I waited for it. I call myself getting the little bites because the first time I had them I wish I had gotten more but this time, I dont know if it was bring your kids to work day, but I know ain't no adult put that mess in my boxes. When I say little bites omg they had to be running out of dough because they were tiny I ain't never and will never order anything from them again

I have to have pizza! But...this is my last resort. Not because of the brand, but because of everything it lacks. Yes the pizza is hot but it's only ready at this location if you order via the app. Let's start with the parking. Sheesh! If that's what you want to call it. This Little Caesars Pizza is located in a tiny strip mall of a busy intersection. There's MAYBE enough parking for 7-10 cars but that's if the cars are parked correctly. The lines are visible, however comma, these folks must be starving the way they pull up like the dukes of hazard. Anyhow, once you figure that it's safer to park on the street for fear of getting stuck, you enter into the smallest standing space ever. There's no place to sit but the window ledge while you wait on your hot and READY pizza. There's heavy traffic so you'd think they'd have more pizzas in the warmers...but sadly they are made to order mostly. Which means they're hot, but not always ready or DONE. I ordered the stuffed crust deep dish and the dough was so undone I was able to pull the entire piece of cheese out of the soggy sauce. I do appreciate they have beef options but having to cook my pizza a smidge longer defeats the purpose of ordering out. Not to mention it's carry out only unless you pay extra for Uber eats. Pay extra? For pizza I have to precook before eating? That's a no from me. As for as hot and ready that only applies to cheese and sometimes pepperoni. As far as customer service the manager is the only one that appears to have some but you can tell her patience are running low because her staff definitely lacks it. All in all...I had pizza. My favorite.

This place is cool if you want some cheap pizza yes it will be dry so grab a sauce, it always seem to be crowded when I go there so be mindful of that, service is usually good for what it is

Horrible. My pizza was cold and old. It was not "hot and ready." The customer service was horrible. The pizza was dry, looked like it had been sitting in their heater for an hour.

They're the worst they had me wait for almost ten minutes to places my order then wouldn't give me a discount for my wait people service is horrible super disrespectful plus the food is bad
