This is my first time, and it definitely won't be my last. I was looking for a chill, quiet place to do homework and this place didn't disappoint. Luxor is all the above and more. The owner was very friendly and was very welcoming and hospitable. The atmosphere was perfect for what I needed to do and I had the chance to watch the Eagles play, listen to some great Arabic music, and have a great time. The mint tea was delicious and the hookah had great flavors. If you're looking for a nice, chill way to spend your night I highly recommend this place!

Best hookah bar in Philadelphia and honestly probably the best I've ever been to in the US. Coming from the Middle East it's hard to find a place to smoke hookah that's...normal. They're all either packed with college kids getting drunk or super loud. A lot of times hookah doesn't meet the expectation. This place is probably doing great because of the owner. He was very welcoming and he keeps the place clean, organized and quiet.

Excellent place to sit, relax and enjoy a hookah. No loud club style music and no disturbances. Proper made hookah, the way it should be and reasonably priced as well. $16 for alfakher and $19 for startbuzz or paan flavor. Would definitely go again!
