Wow wow wow amazing breakfast spot ! I am so glad we found this spot before heading to the new balance championships. They have tons of breakfast sandwich options ( bacon, sausage , turkey and ham) and breads including ( wheat, white, potato, bagel etc ) It's cash only so make sure you have cash before ordering. We had 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks for less than $20. Amazing !!!

On our way to New Balance Championships, I found Lyn's. This was probably the best breakfast for 2 that was under $20 I've ever had. The Sausage Egg and Cheese Sandwich on Potato Bread and Cranberry Juice hit the spot. It was cash only. Luckily I had cash on me. The service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Food was ready in no time! If I come back to Philly, Lyn's is a go to place!

Nice hidden gem of a food truck. We stopped here for breakfast and got sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel. They also had regular bagels, muffins, and different sandwiches. Not only did the sandwich taste good, but the price was super affordable and the best I've seen around coming in at about $4 each.

I decided to give lyns a try after hearing all the good reviews about it. I got the spinach, egg and sausage on a long roll. The amount I got was definitely worth the value I paid for (was able to split between me and my friend). The only issue is to prepare for the long wait in the morning as it took me about 15-20 minutes to get my food after ordering. This is because there is always a lot of people lined up to get lyns.

Lyn's never disappoints. Every time I come to Philly, I make it a mission to go to her truck. She's the most soft spoken women ever and her right hand man, her husband, works insanely efficient. I can't believe my bagel was only $5 despite being loaded with sausages,egg, cheese, and cream cheese. What a steal. One of the best bagels I've had recently!! I love you cô an chú, best of luck.

Seeing pictures of Lyn's on peoples' Instagrams is probably the biggest reason I came to Lyn's. An apparent staple of the Penn community, I walked by on an early Wednesday morning where there was perfectly no line for me to try the famous food truck and try to satisfy my stomach. The owners of the food truck were quick to greet and eagerly ready to take my order. With the help of a friend's expertise, I got a long roll sandwich with spinach + eggs, sausage, and cheese cut in half. With nothing but food on my mind at 8:30 am, I quickly scurried home to try it. By far, this is one of the most complete breakfast meals you could want on the go. One bite and I was filled with all the feelings American breakfast foods should provide - comfort, willingness, and warmth. Succeeding at all three, I even added some sriracha to really wake me up from the food coma I was about to arrive in. If the line is short, GET IT. If it's long and you got nothing to do, GET IT. I promise you, better than 90% of the brunch areas in University City are within walking distance between 34th and 40th street. There's a reason why this is a cult favorite, so just trust what you've heard about the place and go ahead and take a bite here!

Whenever I'm in the area, I make it a point to visit Lyn's. These are the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in my life. Not sure if this something to be proud of but I would consider myself a connoisseur of breakfast sandwiches far and wide. I like their Western omelette on a hoagie on the standard menu but I don't think you can go wrong here. Try their specials if they fit within your diet though (some have meat if you're a vegetarian). I had a breakfast sandwich special on a hoagie with hot honey and eggs prepared with coriander and a mix of other herbs that has set my standard for breakfast sandwiches. Ah, Lyn's. That sandwich shall not be forgotten. Seriously though, just make your way here when you're in Philly somehow. It's offerings like this that make Philly the best culinary scene in terms of density in the US right now.
