I had my S3 - Sensational and Sexy at 60 Birthday Party at this Venue in May of 2018. The Venue was Beautiful, Clean, Spacious and there was plenty of parking for all of my guests - @ 150. Although an employee was assigned to be on site, she was sitting outside and only came in once 1/2 before the ending time to 'gently' let us know that the ending time was near and they would need to come in to clean. All of my guests cleaned up after themselves - no surprise - and this left a minimal amount of time needed on the back end to clean up the Venue. My interaction with 'Doc' weeks leading up to my S3 Event was professional and when I noted a discrepancy in the Contract, it was quickly handled. l would and have recommended this Venue to others and their interaction with Doc - other then him needing an Assistant for the never ending telephone calls - was seamless.

My daughter had a baby shower this past Saturday. She had the venue from 1pm-7pm they started coming in to the space at 6:15PM stating you have to be out by 7PM. Not only did one person come in another person the owner went right up to my daughter as she was opening gifts and taking pictures. He started stating the same thing you have to be out by 7PM at this time it was only 6:20PM and the wonderful event planners had the space cleaned and cleared. This place is unprofessional if I may say so. I giving them 1 star only because I have to, but they would get NO STARS!!!

The venue itself was nice had a good time up until the end when one of docs "security" came in starting problems , he was so rude and unprofessional The minute he came into our venue he looked suspicious and being all scared looking over his shoulder like as if someone was going to do something to him he was acting out as a hoodlum. I feel as though everything was good Until docs security came in and tried to be smart. Until doc was finally called and he fixed our situation he needs to get better people for that position

I had an event planned for Sept. 29th, 2019. and received a call from owner (Doc) on Aug. 28th, that not only did he double book but there was nothing he could do. REALLY!!! The other event was booked in between the time I had reserved. I was asked to reconsider the date and time or come in later which would have had the event extend until 9-10pm not ideal for a Sunday. Once it was decided that we would not be using the venue he had to be tracked down to return the deposit since he did not respond to calls or texts. UNPROFESSIONAL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! Advice...Stop using a planner book there is software to keep you on top of your business and taking deposits if you don't have the date available. Take your business somewhere else.

Had an event there Saturday 9/28 the venue is beautiful but that's it!! Unprofessional and the owner will spend most of his time defending rude, unprofessional behaviors of his employees!! Employees that try to control your event while it's going on! Staff that will constantly walk through your event at will the whole night!! Also beware they stop your music 50 minutes before it even ends!! I had a lot of business lined up for this hall but now I am turning people away in my family!! Nooooo! thank you the hall was not ready in time there for I did not get my full hour to set up and the lady with slick back pony tail would not let my caterer in while the DJ was setting up again I say to you don't do it to your self very unprofessional a word of caution to self I should of read the reviews people no, go, run, don't come here!! Don't be fooled by the nice halls!! I dare say again never again!!
