The food comes and its cold all the time, gave the place a couple of tries to get it right and they still can't. The delivery driver never remembers to deliver the soda I think its a plot to see how many people will forget and the item paid for goes into the owners pocket or delivery drivers pocket. Not a good place to order from have had way better!

Cheese steaks are good after me & my husband ordered from every pizzeria possible in this neighborhood. Im still discovering more but so far theyre cheese steaks are the best

One star because a half a star option is unavailable. I ordered a special of 2 large pies for $14.95. It arrived promptly after 30 minutes. When the delivery driver arrived I was surprised to see that the total jumped to $18.50 with no additional toppings. When I went to open the box I immediately knew from looking at the crust that this establishment uses cheap frozen dough. The cheese and sauce were lacking in flavor. The pizza was disgusting to say the least. Beware of these lackluster pizza impostors.

In the interest of full disclosure, I WILL say that my turkey sandwich was pretty tasty. The fries were just okay, as some were burnt, and I think they had freshly washed the lettuce, as my sandwich roll was soggy in spots, and had a bit of a drip when I held it. Still, tasty and tasted very fresh. BUT, bring cash, or just avoid this place. Im kinda upset with how my lunch scenario went. My lunch special came out to 8.65 and I only had $8 in cash. So, like everywhere these days, there was a $10 minimum for credit card purchases. (FYI, that practice is illegal if a place accepts any card more than AmEx....), so I bought a piece of cake that I didn't want, to meet the minimum. My new total; $13. Huh? The freaking slice of cake was 3.50, there was a ADDITIONAL 75 cent charge for using the card, and THEN they rounded up from my total of 12.90 to $13. THEN, and this is the kicker, my special came with a can of soda, which they didn't have, so they tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL dollar for a 16 oz substitute. I had already paid at that point, so I'm assuming it was the only reason they didn't make a big stink about it. I PROMISE that unless I have cash, I will NEVER eat at Napolis again.

This is definitely my go to pizza place. Delivery is always quick. Service from the counter to the delivery person was always top notch. There food is delicious. They get a five from me because they have great and food, peolpe, and service.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a pizza place. The pizza was delivered to my house and there was barely any cheese on the pizza. Ordered one topping of pepperoni, and barely any of that on it as well. Called them and the manager said he can't be responsible for uber drivers. How is this uber's fault? Unbelievable! never eating at this place again. I feel nauseous after eating a slice of their "Famous" pizza.

I ordered a spaghetti with meatballs platter and it was so bland that it reminded me of hospital food. Sauce was brown, not red. Meatballs were frozen style. Just very bad for the price. So disappointing.

New Napoli's Famous Pizza's food is horrible for the price! I ordered a small cheese pizza, twelve piece breaded wing dings, and french fries. The delivery was fast, about a half hour, and they charged my credit card over the telephone for a total of $22.00. When the food arrived and I sat down to eat, I opened the styrofoam container and the breaded wing dings were COMPLETELY black and burned to the crisp. My husband and I could not even eat it. I called the pizzeria and explained the situation. The man who answered the phone put me on hold, and connected me to either the manager or store owner who proceeded to explain that the cook had "slightly overcooked" the wing dings. I told him they were completely burned, not edible, and that I was going to trash them. He then asked me how he could make me happy, and I said he could NOT charge me the $9.75 for the wing dings. He said he could not do that because my credit card had already been charged, and that he could only give me store credit for future use. I was so angry and annoyed, and I knew if I kept talking to him I might get nasty. I decided to just say yes to the credit, but that is completely pointless because I will definitely NOT be ordering from this pizzeria ever again. The correct thing for him to do would have been to say to me, "We apologize for the situation, but we appreciate your business and value you as a customer. As soon as the delivery man returns to the pizzeria, we will give him $9.75 cash and have him return to your home and give you the money". Why on earth would he ask me how he can make me happy after trying to give me burned wing dings and not accept what I had to say?? Not only is this pizzeria's food horrible (the pizza was also bad, and the crust tasted stale), but the customer service is also terrible. Expensive food that even dogs would probably not eat!
