Stopped here on way into the office downtown. This location on broad is super convenient because they offer parking! I had to wait about 5/7 mins to wait for 25 pretzels. The area where they cook the pretzels and make the dough is kept nice and clean and you can see everything being made in front of you. Staff was friendly. The store front could use fresh paint and a little sprucing up.

You can't really mess up pretzels, but you can mess up an experience. The place was crowded, but that wasn't the problem. I'm pretty patient. Bobby the cashier, spent the entire time while waiting on customers, spoke badly about his coworker, an African American slim gentleman. (For sake of identifying the gentleman) Bobby said he was making him sad by his choice of music, and that he (the guy in the back) doesn't wanna work (although he was working when i was there, but i digress)then Bobby proceeded to speak loudly about how he "can't wait to get the f@#* outta here". I work 3 jobs in customer service, and this was despicable and very disgusting to see an employee talk loudly, and badly about a coworker IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. He needs to know how to check his feelings at the door, for he's helping run a business..I don't wanna hear what basically sounded like bullying to his coworker. None of us did.
