I usually run in here if I'd like something to snack on while running my errands on the weekends. I usually also pick up some extras and drop off to a few local friends or for my next door neighbor. I mean really, who doesn't love a fresh, warm soft pretzel!? I know I do! The store is always clean, they have a strict rule about how many customers in the store at one time and the staff is always friendly!

The pretzels are great, this we know. What I can't figure out, however, is how they can so frequently run out of them? As if the word pretzel isn't right there in the name? I went on an eagles game day looking to buy about 20 pretzels. I was told it would be a ten minute wait. I guess that's not the end of the world, but like, if you see you're low on pretzels, throw some more in the oven before you run out. The regular pretzels are always reasonably priced. Where they kinda get you are the rivets and the trays. Grossly overpriced, mainly for presentation I suppose. The hot sausage pretzels are where it's at. While I am mildly annoyed at the lack of pretzels in a pretzel factory, I will still be a loyal customer.

I went to this place to purchase some pretzels. While in line I observe an employee walk into the store from outside, go behind the counter and start serving people. He never washed his hands, nor did he use gloves. He actually touched peoples food with his bare hands. Then he went to the back to get a tray of pretzels to put in the oven. His unwashed thumbs were touching some of the pretzels. I did not place my order seeing what I saw so I left disappointed because it was a long walk. Please make an obvious effort to show the people that you are trying to be sanitary. A little effort goes a long way.

I went in to get a soft pretzel and a Icee it was a little crowded but they was moving fast and it was one young lady working there she called for the guy in the back I think to make more pretzels not really for sure. Then this one lady came from outside did not wash her hands and ask if someone was next I looked I said no thank you the lady that was in front of me went to her how can you come from outside and not wash your hands and want to help the customers with open food. So I got my three pretzels and a soda just to snack on until dinner time they need a policy or cameras to show that they employees is not washing their hands when they step out for a cigarette break. And this is why I am giving it a three store because of the one lady that did not wash her hands not sanitized at all. I don't care how crowded it was was it wasn't crowded when you come outside and come back to the food area you need to wash your hands.

I really like seeing the people make the pretzels when I come by early morning. On a recent trip, I got the mini bites and loved it. The dough was hot and soft and tasted amazing with the cheese. PPF is good for quick snack, early morning on the go food.

Pretzel dogs are 5 star. Pretzels are very good and served warm, however i enjoy the pretzels from the joint down on washington ave in south philly... Just a matter of preference.(south philly pretzel factory also serves pepsi products) if that matters.

Classic Philly pretzels, what's not to love? Pretzels were hot and fresh and overall everything I wanted in my belly. Great place to pickup pretzels for a group. Will definitely have to try the pretzel dogs next time I am here.

Got day old reheated pretzels resalted, chewy inedible wet just absolutely disgusting. I'm disgusted had to throw away the batch I got and don't expect to be going back there again, I know they're relatively inexpensive, don't quite understand how they can't be made fresh daily. Ruined my morning.
