What a fantastic alternative to staying at a random airport hotel! Great location. Hotel has free shuttle to and from airport The room is basically an apartment with kitchen living room desk and a king sized bed The bathroom is pretty large with a great shower and plenty of room for toiletries to spread out on the vanity A/c worked great! This hotel is pretty new and it's very clean. I will definitely use this place again when I need something close to the Philly airport.

$10 Daily Parking for a lot that's not even closed off to the public Room Charge State Occ Room Tax City Tax Convention and Tourism Tax ‍ Parking Tax ‍ Master Card charge ‍ Not used to all the fees and parking charges but also new to staying at a hotel in the Philadelphia area. The reviews are true when they say it was very noisy outside at night. I was woken up in the middle of the night by people's loud cars racing. Very scary loud sudden car noise. Hotel itself wasn't bad, not a far location from the Lincoln Financial field.

Great hotel with kind staff. Quick elevator and good breakfast that starts pretty early. The only problem were the only air dryer we had being broken, the oatmeal being watery, and the waffles being super soggy after a bit of syrup. Other than those menial problems, it's a pretty solid hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn conveniently located minutes from the airport. And I mean... it's literally walking distance if you really wanted to walk. I stayed in Philly for three nights with my friend and I was able to stay in a suite with a kitchen -- it was the first time I stayed in a hotel with such kind so I was impressed! The front desk ladies were super kind and the continental breakfast was also super nice as well. There are a lot of long term residents living here for government job, hence the name of the hotel so it looks like everyone seems to know each other well here. Our room was pretty clean, but I will have to say -- it looked like the guests who stayed before partied hard or something because there was definitely some leftover smell of cigarettes and weed that was left behind. But other than that, the entire stay was overall pleasant and I had an excellent stay. Thank you to the staff and housekeeping for making this a great stay!

Room #213, bedbugs and the Manager, Elaine Paper, made my one night stay AWFUL. I got into the hotel around 1am from the airport, the check in process was quick and easy. By 2am I was in bed and at 4am woke up screaming of pain and scratching my arms, legs and fingers. I got up inmedietly went to the bathroom and I had bites everywhere, in groups of three. I have very sensitive skin and it was infected, inflamed and itchy. I go to the reception desk and the only thing they can say is "I am sorry this happened to you", I will let the manager know when she arrives -which I guess it is acceptable if you don't have any decision making power. At 7:20am when the manager arrives... I spoke to her. Elaine Paper has no customer service skills, or intention to help their guests. No a single apology, or solution provided and even though I showed her the pictures I took when I inspected the bed her comment was "I can't confirm those are bedbugs I am not an expert" as if I was lying and only wanted to sleep two hours before a very important meeting... I even have bites in my face. Elaine Paper didn't even offer to cover the dry cleaning service for my clothes (essential to make sure bedbugs don't spread). You will see the pictures and judge but even if they are not BEDBUGS... That room (pretty likely others too) is infected with something that bites. Wouldn't a clean room, decent bed be the least Elaine Paper, as the Manager, would want to offer to their customers? I recommend Marriot offers Elaine some Customer Service courses and workshops. So next time this happens to someone she knows how to deal with their paying guests. There are really doing options around the area for the same price. Do yourself a favor and don't chance to be in discomfort all day because of an improperly maintained hotel room. Cheers!

Business Traveler Alert!!! Rooms are clean but location is tragic. This is the noisiest hotel I've stayed at. Local traffic, trucks and loud cars all night made for a sleepless night. If you need a peaceful nights sleep, choose somewhere else. .

We had a mixed experience. On the plus, room was big and walls were thick, so no noise from neighbors. We were offered As big of a free breakfast spread as I've ever had at any Marriott. Lobby is huge and easy to find place to sit inside or out. And staff was very nice. On the negative, our room overlooked a highway that was so loud that we couldn't sleep. At 1 am we asked to be moved to a room facing the other side of the hotel. I can't emphasize enough how loud the first room was. Do not stay on the highway side. Our 2 rooms, while not dirty, didn't feel clean, either. There were what looked like crumbs on the couch, which made me doubt the rest was clean. Also, this motel is truly in no-man's land. There's nothing but highway and desolate industrial parks. I realize airport motels are located to be convenient to the airport, not next to coffee shops and parks. But even by those standards, this is a depressing location. Bottom line: would I stay here again? Probably not.

Stayed here on a 1-night flight layover. The hotel is very convenient to the airport. Check-in was fast and easy. Front desk guy quite friendly. The room was a nice suite. Lots of space and a good size desk. The restaurant is closed due to this Corona crap. I ordered through Uber Eats. Nice firm bed and pillows. No breakfast due to.....you know. Overall, very nice hotel. I would certainly stay here again.

I'm no stranger to the Marriott chain, let alone Residence Inn; in fact, I often prefer it when it comes to the star rating and price point, so I'm really sad that I have to write this review: I stayed here for 12 Nights on Business. Pros: - Newer hotel with modern decor, near the airport and highways; I think I only heard an airplane pass above once. - Continental Breakfast every morning with good variety - Mon through Wed they have "happy hour" from 6-7:30pm, which is more like happy meal (5 out of 6 nights) and consists of soda/water, a couple different appetizers and a fruit/dessert. Here are some of the items they served during my time there: chicken & dumplings w/ biscuits, spinach dip, cookie, brownies & ice cream, buffalo chicken with warm brie & pepperjack. - Wifi - free, but very slow morning, noon or night, weekdays or weekends; they pretty much want you to buy the wifi. - No paid parking Cons: - Noise: I specifically asked for a quiet room because I was a light sleeper & they guaranteed me (Room 306) would be extremely quiet, but it would have no view and I was totally fine with that. The rooms are not quiet like other Residence Inn's I have been to. I could hear my upstairs neighbor using the restroom all the time. The doors close heavily with a bang all the time (even if you try to close them quietly). I could hear people in the adjacent and rooms across from me talking inside their rooms. - HVAC: Has a pretty big degree variance, meaning, if you set it at 73 on cooling, it will probably pump down to 71 before stopping. Mine never stopped & I had to manually turn it off. - Room: Bed was the right amount of firmness, but there were stains on the inside of my sheets, and my bathroom door never closed unless I wanted to try and use complete force as they didn't do a good job installing it and the door itself is ripping off the trim (see photos). - Ice machine in freezer: Water isn't filtered so the ice made tasted like sewage. - Housekeeping: I left the "No Service Today" for my entire stay less one day during the middle of my stay (I consider myself a clean person & didn't want to create extra work for housekeeping). The day I wanted my room cleaned & took the "No Service Today" sign down, my room was not cleaned. When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, it meant that the next day, when the sign was back up, they knocked on my door & tried to open it while my daughter was napping. - Swimming Pool: Advertises the pool as heated, but it takes all day for the pool to heat. During my stay, I went there during various times. At 10am, the water was cold, a good 67-70 degrees while at 5-6pm, the water was about 72 degrees, still pretty cold. The air temp is never more than outdoor ambient, so during the tail end of winter, it would be cold air & cold water (not good if you are planning to swim with kiddos). The water is pretty murky & the pool floors are extra slippery once even a little drop of water is on them (I know they're pool floors people, but my 2-year old got out of the water & almost busted her head open as did I- pregnant btw). Customer Service: Usually, I don't care about this portion at a hotel of this caliber, as long as I'm left alone. In general, most everyone here was polite & pleasant to deal with; Sabri & Giovanni stood out because they were exceptionally polite and friendly, exemplifying great customer service. I left my key in my room the first night when I was moving things in & out of my car & the front desk were kind enough to replace my card with minimal fuss. I had one terrible experience with customer service: I said goodbye to my husband & daughter in the lobby (who came to visit over the weekend) & informed Yvonne that one of my keys did not work (I showed her the other one & told her my last name & my room number). She asked for my I.D. I didn't want to be bothered, so I just told her to keep the key, forget it & walked away. She proceeded to try & get sympathy points from the other front desk lady by telling the other employee how ridiculous my request was as I was still within earshot. Coincidentally, the only key I did have left did not work, so I went back & spoke to the Other receptionist (not Yvonne). I guess she decided she wanted to fight because she got in my face & insisted that "I couldn't possibly prove that was my room, that I could be some random person walking in & that if I wanted, I could talk to the manager." The manager came out & looked like "deer in headlights" & did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation, except give me another key & have the other receptionist escort me to my room, so I could so them my ID. Bottom Line: Don't stay here if you want a good nights rest.
