Let me explain my 1-star rating. I've smoked cigars for over 25 yrs and I've worked in the industry for over 15 yrs. Please don't tell me some BS about you can't have a walk in humidor because it lets humidity out because that's just BS. If you're concerned about theft just say that and I'd understand. So they have all their cigars on the wall under glass with no descriptions or prices. I pick 6 cigars, 2 of which are their house blend, and it's $104??? What??? Over $16.50/stick for brands I've never heard of? Wanted to see the breakdown of each cigar but the receipt only (conveniently) had the total. You might say my bad for not asking the prices but who would dream that no name cigars would cost me what I could get a Padron '64 Anniversario for??? Won't be back and I'd avoid this place if I were you!

I was driving by and decided that I needed to get a few cigars and there was an advertisement saying it was "ladies night" - so I went in to see what kind of offerings were available. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciated that because women cigar smokers don't get a lot of respect. I have been smoking cigars over 20 years and i know my stuff and what I like -so, it was nice to be given new information and recommendations. I got a few of my usual sticks and took a few recommendations. I will be back to chill in the space.

Let me first start by saying ive been to smoke twice to meet the bros and enjoyed it. But.....this place has more rules than it has cigars. They advertise byob but you have to pay to drink it in the establishment and its Only $6 per person but still. On top of that you have to pay for ice $4 a bucket, and you cant bring your own mixers...pretty much they nickel and dime. Still a relatively cheap night out to watch the game. Whatever you want to get, make sure you get it all at once because there is a $15 limit on credit cards. I paid for a cigar, byob fee, and a coke from them and it made out to be $21 not bad. As the night went on i got a water and another coke and it was 4.95. Super cheap! To close out my 4.95 i had to walk down the block and withdraw $20 as they held my id to make sure i came back. Enjoyed the spot....but relax...please. we want to enjoy it here not be taxed for every breath we take there.

I've come here several times and enjoyed their selection - they have a decent assortment of harder to find sticks and niche brands. However, they keep their cigars in the back and you are unable to select your own from the humidor. Last week I selected 3 cigars from the display case, including a $28.70 Daughters of the Wind Sabino. When they guy returned to the front, he only had two of the cigars and opened the display case to grab the Sabino. I should have stopped him there, and known that the display cigar would be trash. But, I figured that a shop selling higher end smokes would keep anything they sold under ideal conditions. I was wrong. When I got home, I took the Sabino out of the bag and it was absolutely destroyed - cracked all over and in completely unsmokable condition. When I returned, I brought the cigar and receipt and explained the situation. I didn't want a refund, just a replacement with something that could actually be smoked. It didn't even have to be the same cigar, as I knew this would be their last one. All I got was "sorry, tobacco sales are final." Listen, if you're selling higher end smokes, and you sell me something from the display case that you know wasn't kept in proper conditions and it turns out to be utterly unsmokable, you're scamming. Stand by your products and simply replace the defective merchandise, since you KNOW the reason it's in this condition is because of how you stored it. Video and receipt attached to show the issue. I buy plenty of cigars, except from now on, I'll buy them elsewhere.

This was my 2nd time here and I was excited to see the new changes in the lounge, until I wasn't greeted properly by the hostess. As soon as my guest and I walked in, she said "Do you have your Vaccine card or Mask (which was great). However, say hello and 1st impressions are everything. She did not smile once. Moreover, the way you pick Cigars and have to wait for hostess to walk all the way to the back of the lounge is crazy, per guest. I felt rushed because she wanted to do everyone at the same time. I requested the house in the case next to counter as well, the hostess used her bare hands, and grabbed the Cigars right by the head. If you're gonna be covid friendly, do not handle Cigars without wrappers, without gloves or be mindful of how to pick up. My whole crew felt the vibe was all off, so we sat outside.

I Genuinely don't know who this place is for. I was having a day and decided to blow off some steam with a bottle and cigar. I was planning on smoking my own stick, but patronizing thier humidor to be a good customer. I had a beautiful 5 yr old anejo I was excited to smoke. First off you need to get the attention of the front clerk in order to either select a cigar or recive any service whatsoever, which can be challenging. To simply sit down in a seat took 20 minutes. Next was the second annoying detail. No outside cigars. Well there goes my plans of smoking my special cigar. But I traveled 20 minutes here so I was pot committed. Also to sit down it's a 2 cigar minimum. Also an annoying detail, but one I could live with. So I went to go buy 2 sticks. Thier selection is pretty limited despite thier large display of cigars that are available. It's also an incredibly pretentious selection of cigars. They are all boutique cigars that most will not have heard of. Not that there's anything wrong with boutique brands, most make the best cigars. But I having smoked plenty of cigars, and always like trying new things, only recognized about 1/3rd of the cigars. So if you dont know what you like or are a relatively new cigar smoker you'll be lost, and will have to rely upon the cigar clerks selection to match what you're looking for. Luckily I found 2 sticks that I was familiar with that I'd enjoy. Next onto where to sit. The unfortunate part about the space is that there is only 1 tv. Which most searing areas don't have a good view of. The only section that is convenient to watch from is reserved for members... And was completely empty by the time I got there. And through my stay. The last experience that left a bad taste in my mouth was the cut. No v cuts. Ok annoying. But what was really annoying was how he followed up by saying that straight cuts will give you a better burn and a more consistent draw. Um, no... That's not how that works. And also even if it does, why are you shitting on your customers preferences all because you don't have a very standard cutter? So if you are a new cigar smoker this place isn't for you. You'll most likely be overwhelmed by brands you've never heard of and will be victim to whatever overpriced stick the sales associate pushes on you without telling you the price. If you're a seasoned cigar smoker this place isn't for you either, as you won't be able to smoke anything from your personal stash and will be pushed towards the overpriced mystery sticks that the sales associate will guess you'd like. If you want to watch sports, this place isn't for you as there isn't a good seat in the house unless you're in the members section. If you want a hookah, I'd avoid this place as well as I've never heard anything good about that experience either. So it seems the only people this place is meant for are the owner, or the owners friends. If you don't fall into those categories, expect a frustrating overpriced and unenjoyable experience from start to finish.

I don't usually write reviews but sometimes you can't just ignore the fact that you paid a lot for something that you're supposed to enjoy but get nothing out of it! I sincerely ask this place to stop selling hookahs to the customers and just stick with the cigarettes. Worst hookahs I've ever had in my life. The Starbuzz shisha tobacco is so good that it is almost impossible to make a bad hookah out of it, but somehow this place managed to do it. The moment we got the hookahs, they had this harsh taste and after a few minutes of smoking they were all burnt (or nearly burnt). Most of the time we were trying to fix the hookahs! They don't give tongs to customers so the customers can manage the coals (however they only put one coal on top of it) and they just put a cover on top of the bowl in order to maintain the heat (which most of the time accelerates the burning process). The way they manage to make the hookahs and keep them running for about an hour an a half is absolutely unprofessional, I've never seen such thing in my life. They really need to invest in the way they prepare the hookahs, and alter it. I understand that there are fans on the ceiling and they have to put the covers on top of the bowls in order to cancel out the wind but they need to change the covers. Covers with closed top and open sides would do much better job. They can stop the wind from top but also keep the heat to the amount that is necessary to have the hookahs running. I could have bought 4x 250 grams of StarBuzz shishas and a pack of coals with the money we paid to this place and just smoke at home like we always do, but we wanted to try something new outdoors which I think would never happen again at least at this place!

Worst hookah I ever had in my life. I don't know about cigar but their hookah is terrible. Waste of energy, time and money. Anyone can make a better hookah than this place. There is a wind cover on top of their hookah. It burns as hell.

Their prices are much higher compared to other shops in the area. Their selection of cigars is very limited. Only plus is if you want a late smoke they stay open later than most shops in the area. The place is usually empty and lighting up your own cigar is heavily frowned upon even after buying the mandatory two cigars.
