First esports center I've been to and probably won't be my last. Me and friends were hesitant at first about gaming here since we were used to just doing so from home but the vibe, the staff, and the general craziness made us feel welcomed and excited like never before. We played fortnight for the first time. Bought an hour but atleast 20 mins was wasted setting things up. They refunded us 5 mins but guess its better than nothing. For us first time fortnighters, they provided random user accounts that the staff signed us into. The settings were adjusted to whomever played with the account last. Regardless, we had a blast and the remainder of our time flew by. Once the time limit is reached, the account automatically logs you out. Bought another two hours because we couldn't resist. Make sure to sign out of your account once done gaming to save any remainder of your time for the next time you come back to the center.

Wow. The staff here, particularly Andrew, spends his entire life here attending to customers needs. I couldn't leave this place because it made even watching baseball fun. League is soooooooo fun here. Andrew spends too much time working. You should rest more.

So this was my first time so as a first impression it was awesome. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and explained how the business worked. 3$ for 1hr is super cheap and so we decided to do that package. They have nearly 50 games preinstalled and you can download games that you own if they don't have it ( you will be compensated for time). The only complaint I really had is that it's a little warm in that basement, which to be fair, it was expected with 50 computers running side by side.

UPDATE: came back again after a while. New staff, very friendly and helpful. Refunded me for the 20 min I took waiting to download a game. They also recognized me from last time, apologized for the poor experience, and gave me some extra hours to compensate even though I didn't ask and it was absolutely not necessary. I appreciate it though! They've also added hot foods in addition to snacks! I didn't try any this time but some hot noodles to accompany a game session seems like a good idea. Keep up the good work!

First of all, this is the best cyber in town for me and my bf. We come here all the time and never had any problems until today, May 20th. We came here to have fun and we knew at night it's always busy. Therefore, we would always check if there was any computer available for us, so the guy working in front ( with the long hair ) said yes (that the computers were available to use). We found a computer for ourselves and logged in. But suddenly a bunch of guys told us to leave because they were reserved. Mind you, these guys come do come in frequently and they are always so LOUD! I asked the employee for help and now he said yeah he can't help me. This didn't happen only to me, others as well. If the owner was there (He is amazing at accommodating others!), he would at least know that they do regularly come, or tell us how long would be the wait until a computer does open up. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. It's still the best cyber so far for me

Brand new gaming center located in Chinatown... this place looks sexy, all rigged up with color-changing LED lights (but are usually in their signature blue color), awesome top of the line computers with backlit keyboards... it just looks amazing, and provides a great atmosphere to play some games. Oh right, and I can't forget to mention the comfy gaming chairs at every computer console. Damn, I need to get me one of these things. You can pay an hourly fee or get a day pass, depending on how long you want to play, and if you're there for a while they have a cooler with drinks and snacks for sale (including some funky ones, like green tea Kit Kats). I'm not much of a hardcore gamer, but it appears that they do appeal to a wider audience, for example, hosting a Nintendo meetup night. They've also played host for some Pokemon Go tournaments. Staff is also extremely friendly! All in all, a great location, and a welcome addition to the Chinatown area and Philadelphia!

First time I went there, everything was perfect, Peter showed me how to use the program, actually walked me through literally everything I needed to know about this place, even showed me how to use the chair and add hours, had a chance to sit down and talk. We talked about programs, I suggested him about League Unlock and he actually got it. and everything went great. The next time I came back introducing my friend to this place because I had an amazing experience, but then there's this another young looking dude seemed very irked that he had to show us what to do. Sure it's annoying for him to do every time a new customer come in but it's his job. My friend is new to gaming and he's kinda lost but all that he did was show us how to add hours and THAT IS IT!!! since there was a different tab to open discord and google, he didn't even show us or anything, or give even give us a chance to asked him anything, just 2 clicks said "this is how u add hours" and just left. My first time experience was great, that's the 3 star for Peter but this guy is just straight up irked, he seem so irked and that made me feels irked and my friend is just there lost without any helps or walk through and I have to do his job! This is my first gaming café that I ever went to. The staff there is pretty friendly and kind. If you have a problem with something, they can take care of it if u ask. They have pcs, gaming chairs, mouses, keyboards, and headsets (that are ok). They give u an option to bring any thing with u. Such as your own keyboard, mouse, headset. Just to tell you, there is no Xbox One or PS4 because they only opened up for a week, but u can use PS4 and Xbox One controllers (if u bring one of your own) (they don't have controllers that u can use, but u can buy them if u want). In this café, they have drinks and snacks that u can buy, such as chips, pocky, coca cola, other soda brands and more. If u want to play on the pcs, u have to pay for hours, like 1 hour costs $4. There is also one more thing that is cool of coming here, once u log in to the pc, you can earn these coins from being on the computer, you can earn 1 coin for 1 minute, also if u save 2,000 coins. You can buy 1 hour, but there is more rewards coming soon. From the coins, you can get t-shirts and more! Finally, when you log out of the pc even though you have more time remaining, the next time u log on, you still have the remaining time from the previous visit.
