This place is beautiful and the owner put forth every effort to accommodate me and my family at our time of need. I would highly recommend it for any occasion

This venue was beautiful and spacious although it was super hot. I would recommend reading the policy in full and to make sure to ask about setup and cleanup time. The communication between the event managers and my family was off. My family and I were left feeling like our concerns and experience about services was belittled and disregarded. With the sensitivity about what today was to myself and my family (My sister's funeral and repass) we feel like services was unacceptable. I will not be using the venue moving forward, at all. The venue space was set up nicely, though.

My event was 4/2/22. From start to finish was horrible. We arrived and the previous party was still there. The kitchen was dirty. Never was cleaned. The staff was mopping while we was setting up. The Owner(Odi) was intoxicate. This place is a horrible. Odi is still holding my deposit even after we went to court. What's $423 to a business owner?. He refuses to return the deposit because things didn't go in his favor. He blocked me on cash app. He's so unprofessional. I'm sure I'm not the first he has held their deposit but I won't stop until my deposit is returned

This place deserves 0 stars. Don't let the pictures fool you. This place is dirty. The kitchen was filthy. My event was 8pm-2am. When I arrived, the previous party was still in the hall. Dj was still playing music. A whole mess. They had to clean up before my decorator could even start. The owner is very rude and sarcastic. He never mentioned that it will be a hookah girl at my event. I didn't request that. He's all about money. My event was 4/2/22. This this day I'm fighting for my $300 security deposits. Had to get a lawyer involved. He claims because it was an altercation(which took placed outside) is the reason he didn't refund me. He hung up on my husband and I multiple times when we tried to retrieve the security deposit. Security deposit was for clean up and damages as stated on the contact. Not to mention when the certified letter went to the business he signed COVID-19. He's plays to many games. Book somewhere else if you want your event to turn out nice
