I haven't been in some time but when I lived nearby i visitors often. It's a typical bar, sometimes with a nice crowd so the food may take some time but its always worth the wait. While your waiting for your food you can grab a drink or shoot some pool.

Trendsetters is a hot spot bar and n SW Philly.. Good food and drinks very reasonable prices .. the staff is always friendly.. There's a matter fact today I came with a few family members to do a get together and they were not completely open .. but Tanisha made sure we got all of our drinks and she was on point with her service, even though it was her first day there she really took care of us.. you don't get service like that every day especially from people like her if you're ever in Southwest Philly you definitely want to stop through and show the bar staff and show her some love..

Me and my gf ordered a swai fish hoagie with fries and got this shitty excuse of a sandwich... was supposed to come on a hoagie roll, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. What we got was shitty dollar store bread with no kind of condiments what so ever. Worst part is this was $13.... mind you the fries didn't even have salt or pepper, we had to add it ourselves. Spend your money elsewhere.

Trendsetters is an amazing spot one of my family members encouraged me to go along with him and I did. Professional and excellent customer service from the management and bartenders. There is a wide selection of food options from cheesesteaks to seafood and drinks. At the door there is temperature checks when indoor dining was allowed. Masks were required, and there is hand sanitizer throughout the establishment. It was a great experience and the right safety measures are taken here. There is even a take out window for to go food, takeout drinks. Pros: Kitchen has great food, wide selection of drinks, plenty of street parking, good safe and clean environment, excellent customer service One of the best and top spots in the area. Once things get back open will definitely visit this spot. I would definitely recommend visiting here to anyone.

Just ordered some delicious food from there. Ordered the salmon cheesesteak which was really good with a great price to match. The sandwich was super flavorful and the fries which also come with them are cooked to perfection

The most disgusting chicken Alfredo I've ever had. Literally cold noodles and thick tasteless white sauce plopped on top. The wings are disgusting as well. Tasted like grease and watery sauce on top. I will never order from here again

Don't! Location is in the straight-up Hood! I worried about my ride the whole time I was in this horrible dive. I read that the food was good so I attempted to order. The waitress asked me, 'What you want?' Seriously? I ordered crispy fried chicken but it took almost 30 minutes for my food to arrive and when it did the chicken wasn't crispy. The music was so-so. On a Friday night they jammed Ole School R&B but then seedy Trap music kicked in. The eating booths were dingy and in need of immediate upgrade. Not a decent place to dance & get your groove on since there's no designated dance floor. Grimmy looking characters throughout. I feared a fight would break out any minute Yo! I coulda had a V8!

The food was good I got a salmon steak and fries didn't wait too long the drinks were good not stingy on the alcohol , but the music was too loud in such a small area. It's for sure a place locals come to hang out.

This is exactly what you're looking for in a neighborhood bar. Good food, drinks & music. Anyone throwing shots at it being in the "hood" doesn't belong here. Located in the lower part of Kingsessing, this bar has what you're looking for. The DJ spins music catered to those in their 30s & 40s but most will enjoy the music. Nobody's coming here to dance. They have an upstairs that is open for parties. Try the Seafood Balls. They're a favorite & deservedly so. Everyone is welcome.
