Why did I do it?? Why would I come here and get hot cocoa and then be surprised that it was terrible. I should have stuck to my original plan and melted a piece of chocolate into a cup at home. I just paid $2.32 for the equivalent of a cup of hot water. They really need to check these machines to make sure they aren't running low or something. At least the staff was nice and apologetic about it. Unfortunately I'm left with a hot cup of brown water that is supposed to be hot chocolate.

So Wawa is the best! This location is the first stop out of Philly into Jersey for us every single time. Today was no different. Red eye flight and needing breakfast at about 7ish. Not too busy on a Tuesday morning. Sizzli hot box semi full. Got my normal Pork Roll, egg and cheese on a bagel and a large iced salted caramel cold brew. We pay and eat in the car before heading over the bridge. My coffee was horrible. Bitter. My Sizzli Bagel, even thought it was hot and looked like a beautiful sight to my eyes, my taste buds said otherwise. This sandwich had a weird off taste. Pork Roll is my go to breakfast meat! Love the stuff. Not today. I ate the top of the bagel and threw the rest away. Coffee wasn't much better. Wawa what's happening to you?

Wow. The line was incredible. And the bathroom was a workout for me. Why can't both stalls be accessible? Or let's make them all family bathrooms - gender neutral and big enough for a parent and several kids. It was a tight squeeze for me to use the small stall. Couldn't fit my wheelchair all the way in, which meant no closing the stall door. Yes the chair blocks part of the view and provides SOME privacy, but why should it be susceptible that people who use wheelchairs should have to accept a lesser privacy level than able-bodied people? Especially when wheelchairsxare forced into these situations so frequently because people without mobility aids are in the sccessible stall? Im glad I wasn't hurt, transferring to the toilet, by banging my hip on the toilet paper dispenser or something. That's just luck and practice though. If you have to pee really bad. Take your chances, but otherwise avoid.

I honestly don't know why I repeatedly go to this location (well I do it's b/c it's convenient) only to be disappointed 9 out of 10 times. Well today was it, I'm done forever. It's cheaper to make my coffee at home anyway but I enjoy stopping for coffee, no more. The only time the coffee station is clean and stocked is when the wonderful woman Val is working back there. Today, no flavored coffee and none even in the process of being brewed so okay I will get regular, nope, fine I'll get Columbian, nope! I knew when I walked in and saw a large group of people meandering around the coffee station that it wasn't a good sign and I was right. The girl back there had zero sense of urgency and it got to the point where as new people walked over they were being told by other customers, "if you want coffee you came to the wrong place". I left with nothing. Every single store in the city is completely run down and has terrible customer service, why even open in the city if you cannot maintain your basic standards. You have finally lost a lifetime customer.

Never going back to this location. Ordered a simple breakfast burrito at 9:30am today, not a crowded time at all, and waited FIFTEEN minutes for it while the lazy woman chatted with her friend rather than making my food. I finally gave up and requested my money back from the manager. Manager didn't apologize or acted like he even cared. Shame on you, Wawa.

I love Wawa . my cardio go to treat is always the. Banana NUT muffin. you changed the recipe and removed the nuts and the top is now covered with sugar . NOT a good change . Please bring back the nuts . there are plenty of options for those with allergies or no nut preference.
