There are few things i can say improved since the start of the pandemic but Wendy's at 30th Street Station definitely has. Yes it's fast food but I thought both the burger and fries with Coke Xero were delicious! I know, I know it's Wendy s but it wasn't just really good for Wendy's it was really good! If you're craving a burger and happen to be at 30th Street, Wendy's will quell your craving, what more could you want? Wait there is one thing, they need to restock the plain mustard as they only have honey mustard which is not my jam...

Wendy's located in the 30th Street Station, so super convenient for the travelers that get here early and need to wait and are hungry. One soda machine broken when I was there. They have the 4 for $4.44 deal - you have to ask them about it. Also, the junior frosty is tiny - way smaller than other locations. Still, the fresh burger you want and good fries, although salty, and they have the pick-your-flavor soda machines.

This Wendy's is honestly so gross. It's not clean at all. There are college or high school kids that work here and it's obvious in their lack of work ethic. They were just standing there talking and barely paid attention to the customers. They were honestly the least of my concerns though because I couldn't get past the gross appearance of this Wendy's. Idk who owns this franchise but they should stop in there and take a look because I can't imagine ever stepping foot in there again

I've mobile ordered from this location a couple times, both delivery and pick-up. They never fail to mess up my order - either they give me the incorrect order, miss something in my order or don't honor the free items I am claiming with my rewards.

This place is good. They definitely improved since the last time I visited this place. However, they continue to forget the small things (for example, having sauce with your nuggets, you know?). The burger, nuggets and fries were good as usual (especially the fries, which are always fresh and hot). The staff are usually friendly and always greet upon arrival. I've have no other complaint.

What fast food establishment doesn't give out a free cup of water? Bottled water costs $2.50 and the employee said the cup of tap water costs more.

I tend to avoid reviewing franchises cause you know what you're getting, but city folk know they've got their favorite Dunkins and Wawas, etc. for a reason. I don't necessarily have a "favorite" Wendy's, but when I've got mad PMS and a hankering for salt and fat, I'm stopping here on my lunch break since there's virtually no other options near my office. It do be like that sometimes. Truthfully, the staff here is awesome. They ALWAYS greet with a smile (even under the masks, I can tell!) and damn they're fast. By the time I'm filling my drink at that DOPE liquid Wonka candy machine of soda concoctions, they're calling out my name in less than two minutes flat. My fries today were still piping hot even ten minutes later when I finally sat down to eat them and the fresh crispy chicken sandwich and nuggets satiated my hangry cravings. There's always a *tad* too much mayo on the sandwich and that awkward hard corner of lettuce, but I still eat the whole damn thing. Space needs to be rearranged tho for Covid. When people are both waiting for food and filling their drinks, it gets rather tight.

Sept. 1 2019- review still unchanged. Food issues. Ordered one spicy chicken sand, but unfortunately it was undercooked. Biting in gave a seriously rubbery crunch, no flavor, it was completely soaked somehow, and all of its outer 'batter/crispy coating" simply slid off the to the incorrect cooking. Wendy's really disappoints. Same owner as the recently closed store on chestnut st.? If so, he also has broad st & snyder ave.- which started off great but went downhill quickly. Wendy's may be excellent- but not in Philadelphia Proper, based off of this reviewer's extensive 4 yrs of research, retesting, examining, questioning, and thorough investigation. They arent going to get stars easily. Remember their " ghost pepper" fries that were 0% spicy? Lol . Didn't bother to photograph more improperly-made Wendy's food, we could fill a whole website on its own.
