I have eaten slices here on three occasions. Good enough to return, with friendly staff and a casual atmosphere. Pretty okay, but certainly not the best in Philly, or even the immediate neighborhood. I haven't ordered a fresh-made pie, though, and they deserve the benefit of the doubt.

Absolutely love this place. The food is delicious and has become our go to. We recently had it at a holiday party and thought it tasted so good and so familiar. Turns out they had catered Zio, and it was a hit. Incredibly generous portions and their garlic knots are AMAZING. It is also so easy to order, and they're so fast with take out. We are leaving in a few months and will definitely miss Zio!!!

My favorite pizza is their primavera! It's garlicky and cheesy and decadent. I've tried a couple of their other pizzas but they aren't on the same level as the primavera. I love how affordable and quick the service is too. If you're looking to buy a quick slice or even a large whole pizza, you won't break the bank here.

I ordered the fajita pizza and I appreciated the size and amount of the toppings they put. The crust was nice and crispy. Some of the other pizzas looked good too.

This pizza place is very close to my job so it is very convenient to come here for one or two slices of pizzas. Many times, my boss will order several boxes for the staff for meetings or workshops at the building, and Zio's delivery person never fails to bring the plates, napkins, and condiments on the side! That is very sweet and I think it's extremely thoughtful especially when we order a LOT OF PIZZA. Now, their pizza can be a bit oily, but in my opinion, some really good pizzas can be oily because of their cheese and it's not their fault. I mean, you could easily just dab with the napkin and all is well. Their cheese pizza and white pizza have such great flavor! I haven't gone to them for just single slices since we usually only get boxes or one box of pizza pie, but I am sure they have a lunch deal of two slices and a drink for $5 or so. Even residents in the condos nearby order from them a lot.

i've had a variety of things from here. most of them were wildly mid including the cheesesteak that had no onions and didn't even have the option on doordash to add them on. not enough cheese on it and it wasn't mixed up in the salty dry meat. would not order again. fries were soggy, undercooked and completely unsalted but they did give me a lot in the small order so once i put them in the air fryer and added salt it was ok. most of the pizza from here is good except the chicken with pepper and onions... that one sucks lowkey. my favorite is the bbq chicken pizza but even that one is just good, not great. the best thing ive had from here is easily the penne vodka. it was delicious and they included a size of garlic knots with it that were also very good. the girl who works the counter seems like she hates her life but isn't wildly unpleasant. all around i'm giving zio's 3 stars because it's mid but there are redeeming factors that keep me returning aside from the fact that it's the only option for pizza in chinatown.

I came to order take out for Shrimp Caesar Wrap and small fries. I came in and asked for a menu and the cashier said "over there hun" which made it feel as it was a family place. The wait was around 10minutes and very reasonable. The food taste really good and made in front of your eyes so you know it's fresh. They were not cheap and put a lot of shrimp! Without the fries, I was full which is good. Service is great and I would recommend this place to anyone. Next time I will be back for the pizza!!

Outstanding pizza and salads. Also very good value for the money. I have ordered several times and the quality is consistent. Delivery has been on time or early and the pizza is still warm when it is delivered although I warm it up for five minutes.

Zio Pizza Palace & Grill is just great. Lovely staff and great ambience all year round. Every single thing I've tried so far has been fantastic. Service was wonderful and every one working here was extremely nice and hospitable. Try this place out you won't regret it!

This pizza shop is awesome, their food is so delicious, I love their chicken tenders and the fries were so good! I requested extra honey mustard and they gave me a generous amount plus ketchup and bbq sauce! I've also tried their bbq chicken and chicken Caesar wraps, everything was fresh and hot. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices, please support small local businesses!!!
