This is absolutely a hit or miss. For starters it's so funny how every time I come here I pay a different price for the exact same order/ orders. Sometimes the people are nice and sometimes they just look irritated and rushing you. Same people by the way and it's mostly the women. All the men have been professional. One day they loaded my bowl with 4 scoops of rice and it was just way too much and then two days ago when I went I got one scoop as normal lol. It's just super inconsistent so when I try to tell them exactly how I like it they just stare at you like you're speaking a foreign language. I have to pay attention to my receipt every time because I've been charged for things I never received a lot gets lost in translation when telling the cashier what's on two bowls. I had to go in twice show my food and my receipt to receive my money back for random up charges lol. It's sad and I think we will be taking a break for a while. I'm not sure if one or the gentlemen is a manager but they were all chill and fixing whatever issue the ladies done caused lol. Anyways. We both like chipotle but sometimes you just don't want to deal with the anxiety of having to tell someone they mess up too many times. I don't want to keep walking in and they see us like "oh here they go again" rolling eyes because most people just accept anything but I'm very particular and if I'm going to get attitude and rude service or lazy service I rather just get a salad that cost $10 more somewhere else. Oh it's dirty in there a lot by the fountain drinks I don't think they have regular clean maintenance. One time they didn't even notice one of the lemonade machines were broken and just kept pouring all on the floor. Pictures are just because lol I think I enjoyed the bowls I posted but there's def some bs bowls somewhere in this camera roll.

Probably the worst chipotle branch I have been to. I ordered a couple meals off the app and while waiting I thought to use the bathroom since I had a long ride ahead of me. I asked the lady at the counter for the bathroom code she proceeds to say "it's not a public bathroom, it's customers only" and I said well I'm waiting for my food and again she goes "is it your personal order or DoorDash?" At this point I'm already irritated. I just turned over to the other attendant who was holding a bag and asked if the order she was holding was mine and she said yes and I politely collected it. The initial lady who I was no longer speaking to was hell bent on asking if it was mine or DoorDash. My question is, if a DoorDash driver is working and picking an order at your establishment, don't they deserve to use the bathroom??? In my case it was my personal order right off the app so I was beyond irritated that I had to go through unnecessary questions just to use the bathroom. Spread more love and not negative vibes, if I'm spending my hard earned money at your establishment please don't treat me like I came to beg. Even people who come to beg should not be mistreated.

The manager Dave is the man in there. When I went in the other day they were only taking online orders because of a technical issue, so I tried to order on my app. When my app malfunctioned, the man stepped up and ordered for me on his own phone; he saw how bad I needed to eat. Food came out in a timely manner and my bowl was good and filled. Someone give that man a raise!

This place is a definite hit or miss and I'm pissed. Last week I ordered a steak bowl and it was delicious. Yesterday I ordered the same thing and it was absolutely trash. They put stuff in my bowl I didn't even ask for. It literally looked like trash in a bowl. And here's the worst part......there was no steak in the bowl. $50 down the drain. Never again.

First of all seasoning. That's all imma say Second they had me in and out quick as heck with an almost overflowing bowl. I dinned in and received my pick up order from here both took me less than 10 minutes. I was skeptical because of the area and the previous review But Nah this spot bang 10/10 will go again!!!

I went to this location on January 6, 2022 to order meals for 5 people. There were at least 4 employees mulling about. They refused to take my order and told me 'online orders only.' I was the only one there! Another customer came in and was told the same thing and she walked right out and stated that every time she comes in there it's a new rule. I tried to order as a guest online as instructed by the one worker. However, just on principle alone I left. There were four employees and not one was willing or capable to take my order.

I was so excited that there was a new Chipotle near by at 69th st. I finally had the chance to stop by today for lunch. I asked could I order steak quesadillas. They had everything to make it but for some reason I was told I could only order it online (strike one). Then when the cashier went to slide my drinks across the counter, he made sure to slid the tip jar along with it (strike two). The whole time I was eating, the staff was extremely loud discussing non work related topics. I couldn't even enjoy myself (strike 3). I will not be returning. I'll stick to the one in Havertown next time.

I have been a big Chipotle supporter for three years, this was until I ordered from this store., through DoorDash. I tried to give them three shots... 2 online orders, and then a trip to the restaurant, but sadly they struck out. The first time I placed an order (online), I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with chips and queso on the side. I also ordered a Blackberry Fizzy beverage. When I received my order, I did not get the queso or the chips and they gave me a canned beverage instead of my correct drink. Regarding the bowl, the rice was overcooked. I have never been overly picky when ordering food because I worked in food service myself and know all that goes into it and that mistakes happen. So eventually, after contemplating for three weeks and missing chipotle, I decided to give them another chance. This time I read some of the reviews on DoorDash for that Chipotle store that others have written. There was a mix of good and bad, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered. Now I know that DoorDash may take too long, but they are not responsible for the order being wrong. That was the second mistake, the first being ordering from them the first time. When ordering the second time, I ordered something new: a steak burrito bowl. I also ordered guacamole on the side. Sadly, I received over cooked rice again, along with no guacamole. I then decided maybe I should try ordering from the store, which turned out to be the worst mistake of my life. When going to the store, make sure you have an abundant amount of time and patience. When first walking in, I saw tables with trash and food on them, not that it was the workers' trash, but the establishment was not the cleanest. Secondly, when I received my food, it was cold. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with chips on the side this time. Even with the disappointments with my order, I can say that their chips are ALWAYS amazing: perfect amount of salt and lime. Also, their employers were friendly when in the store. If ordering from here, order at your own risk; find a chipotle that fits your chipotle needs.
