Neglected to answer 5-6 hours on Sunday to confirm pickup at Amtrak 30th St. Statio in Philadelphia. Neglected to issue credit for upfront charge of $95 No service at all. Credit card dispute was started by me for NO SERVICE and neglected to call or answer texts and emails and calls. i was informed when the driver was going to New York City and not to Philadelphia. It's a lie that they went anywhere because I had direct contact with the driver. In my opinion it was a a fraud and I want my deposit returnEd to my credit card. No driver went anywhere for me. I paid a taxi from train station to Exton. Again I think it's a total fraud when they neglected to retu emails, texts and phone calls for 5-6 hours on a Sunday.
