My review is for the nightclub. I love latin dancing, and I didn't want to have to go downtown to my usual spots and have to look for parking and deal with the crowds. Enter this place. It's close by to where I live so I decided to check it out. Went on a Saturday. I enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and the good mix of bachata and reggaeton. People were out dancing, the drink I had was good; that's all I can ask for. It was a fun bachelorette activity and a new experience, considering I usually head downtown for salsa/bachata. I will stop in here again with friends. FYI: $10 cover for ladies after 11pm.

Ate here before a show at the Tower Theatre last night; wound up here as the higher-rated place(s) on the block were all BYOB and we hadn't brought anything, and wanted a drink with dinner. Mojitos and sangria were good (though don't try and order a martini as my friend found out). The chicken pincho i had was excellent, seasoned nicely and grilled perfectly; my friend's carne asada looked great and he enjoyed it to the last crumb. Definitely not a mess and the food was definitely NOT disgusting, it was all good (even the green salsa that comes with chips immediately as you're seated). I have gotten a lot of good recommendations from yelp - almost didn't want to try this place based on the bad review, and we're glad we didn't let that stop us.

We went with a group of 8 on a friday night and the chips and green salsa came right out. Wonderful! The sangria and magarita pitchers were great as well. The food was excellent, BUT we were one of a few tables and it took an hour for our dinners to come to the table. The food came out a few dishes at a time, and we felt awkward eating while others in the party didn't have their food. The management and staff was friendly, but didn't have much of an explanation for the slow service. We then enjoyed the dancing upstairs (although there was a separate cover charge). We were made to feel very welcome.

I've eaten here and gotten take-out countless times over the years and they're one of my favorite go-to spots in the area for spanish food. I wouldn't call it divey, but it is pretty dark and has more of a bar vibe than a restaurant vibe. Especially because the music can be pretty loud, even during non-night club hours. There can be a bit of a language barrier if you do not speak Spanish and they have gotten our order wrong because of this. But the food is so good that we have usually enjoyed the mistake (ie. white rice instead of yellow or chicken tacos instead of chorizo) or it was no big deal to correct. So, why only 3 stars? This is mainly for price, but also for the minimal parking options that require payment in quarters. For the area I think the food is pretty high. For instance our favorite are the enchiladas and these are $15! These prices are a bit high for a simple takeout dinner and keep us from partaking as often as we would like. Because the truth is that there are tons of way more affordable and solid options within a couple of blocks radius. All in all, the portions are big, the food is amazing, and the bartenders are friendly. So who am I kidding, I'll definitely be back!

Great food and a full bar. The decor isn't the best but the authentic tasting food made up for that. The parking isn't convenient since it's located close to 69th St. They accepted my 20% discount from Yelp but I made sure that I told the waitress about it before I got my food.

If you want authentic Latino food then try Sabor Latino. it is a mixture of Latin cuisines from Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia. The upstairs is still a nightclub on weekends. They also have a Happy Hour. We had a peaceful and delicious lunch. Now when we want Authentic Latino, we will come to this restaurant.

Sabor Latino night club is the place to be on Friday & Saturday nights. If your looking for a variety of spanish music the DJ plays salsa, merengue, bachata & reggeatton! The staff aims to please and the bartenders are so friendly. There is plenty of seating around the dance floor. It's a place where you get to know the usuals and become friends with. The bartenders make great Mojitos! They have a variety of different drink specials and mixes. If your in the mood to dance go over and while your at it grab a bite to eat in the restuarant downstairs. In both the restaurant and the club the service is excellent.

This is for the nightclub. I wasn't happy with the $10 per person fee at the door, but you dealt with it from time to time. Last night, I wanted to go Latin dancing, it was around 11pm and my husband went to check it out. At this point they wanted $15 for men and 10 for woman!!!! Nothing special was going on. It's upper Darby. Some advice if you want to bring in the crowds lower your prices at the door. Ok..update: they were having a special guest. But they charged $5 more than the average rate of $10..still think they need to come down with that door fee.

Been here won't ever do that. It's like walking into Mexico. No one speaks anything besides Spanish so if u don't know better take someone who does. They have pretty bartenders but they don't speak English either. It's a lil dirty looking they don't have a full bar not even half. Not a Place to take a date or a girls night not my favorite place in upper Darby.
