Nice KFC in PA, service was quick and they got the order right. The chicken was a little overcooked and dry, but it was still good overall. I miss having KFC around my hometown, so it's a treat to come to KFC when we get a chance. I prefer KFC's original recipe over Popeyes. I also liked the memorabilia there. They had old KFC pictures and pictures of Colonel Sanders on the wall.

The service was extremely poor the girl at the drive thru was arguing with the patron in the car in front of me, I ordered the extra crispy chicken and got regular this was the second time that this has happened. Thank God we now have a Popeyes and a Caines Chicken in Willow Grove now will not be buying chicken from this KFC anymore!

What happened to all the decent staff at this KFC from a couple of years back? They've been replaced by a rude service girl, out of order soda machines, and out of order restrooms. What was once a good experience is now something leaving a lot to be desired. If you sit inside to eat, you should be able to get free refills on your soft drinks as before and as any other fast food restaurant does. The service girl cited health code issues with handing my cup to her to refill the soda. Yet she doesn't seem to realize that the "Out of Order: Employees Only" signs on the restrooms is also a health code violation that is a lawsuit waiting to happen (hello ADA?). Please note CHAPTER 67b. COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA UNIVERSAL RESTROOM POLICY--STATEMENT OF POLICY. § 67b.1. Purpose. The Commonwealth complies with Federal and State laws regarding nondiscrimination and strives to promote access and accommodation for all employees and visitors. The Commonwealth recognizes that employees and visitors may require special restroom accommodations for their health, safety, convenience or privacy. If there were really "health code issues" that the restaurant was trying to adhere to, then the workers would be wearing masks! None of them were. I asked them why the self-service soda machine in the restaurant wasn't working and was met with a rude response. Taking this up to corporate! Do something about this, KFC, because this one is a bad seed. (I don't want to name the other popular chicken restaurant, that begins with a P, that gives free refills or the fact that the burger place down the street also has working soda machines. Customers always have options.)

Ordered via drive thru. When I got the food home.... 1. Served my children (ages 2 and 3) SPICY nuggets when ordering a kids meal 2. 2 individual sides were provided only half full 3. Chicken was over breaded and over fried 4. Charged me a KFC foundation donation WITHOUT consent. Called the store regarding the charge (as I'm sure they do it to every customer) and was told it was a "glitch". This place has terrible food, terrible service and employees are deceitful!

My Mom and I were in the area (and were looking to kill some time), so we decided to stop at this location for an early Dinner. We had some issues trying to pull into the lot (we accidentally went down the opposing traffic lane, but thankfully no one was coming!) When we got in line, we only wanted the food (no drinks). The employee who was taking our order seemed confused, and had to ask the manager if we were allowed to order the food sans drink. We ordered the chicken strips, cole slaw, and the famous bowl. My famous bowl was really good! The employee seemed to flirt with my Mom a little bit (which was weird), but we just ignored it and drove away. All in all, the food was pretty good, but we wouldn't go out of our way to drive there since we live about 20-25 minutes away. (Only if we are in the area)

I ordered an eight piece bucket of legs and thighs. I got five wings in there that I do not eat therefore, they ruined my dinner. Also, the chicken that they did give me was old and burnt. The staff was miserable. I will not be returning to this location. I wish they had a zero or minus star option.

Wow... never have I ever experienced customer service like this. Made a mobile order ready for pick up at 11. Waited in drive thru until 11:10, wondering why no one is responding to the mic and at the window. A young female employee walks in to work late and opens the window to scream at us for 5 minutes for waiting at "her" window. During the whole ordeal, myself and my family did not say one single thing until she stopped ranting. My husband politely let her know we are here for a mobile order and thats why we were waiting for someone to respond to us. She proceeded with, "I don't care. Dont stand at my window." This was a lesson learned for my young children on how not to treat people.
