We had VIP Limo services take us to diner and around town for our anniversary. Dan was our driver. He was great! He arrived early (but didn't come knocking on the door) and waited outside until we were ready. He was very friendly, carried a conversation with us, but also gave us our privacy. We added additional stops to our itinerary at the last minute and he very accommodating. The car (Chrysler 300) was very clean and spacious. My only recommendation to the company would be to keep cold water on ice in the trunk and place it out right before customer is picked up. The complimentary water in the car was actually hot, beyond just lukewarm. So obviously it didn't taste well.

I used VIP for PHL airport services. Their prices are very reasonable, compared to other limo companies. Lana was great when I called for a quote & answered all my questions. Price was exactly what we had discussed. There was some confusion at the airport. Limo Driver wasn't aware that he had to pull into a separate Limo area for pickup. i thought that was odd since they do pick up and drop offs all the time. Otherwise, communication was great, and price was fair!

Absolutely horrific! They ruined my daughter's sweet 16 event! I wish we would have done our due diligence and done some research on VIP Limousine before agreeing to use them. I had the worst experience and the company handled their mistakes just as poorly. I just read the other reviews and felt like I was experiencing deja vu reading them. I ordered 2 limos for my daughter's sweet 16 party. The limos were supposed to arrive at 8 AM. One of the limos showed and the other one DIDN'T. We were panicked because we couldn't get a hold of anyone from VIP Limousine and we needed to be in New York by 10 AM. It took us about 45 minutes to finally get a hold of someone. Once we did, we were told that the driver got a flat tire and they were trying to get another limo to send over to us. Meanwhile, all of our guests were left standing around waiting. We were told that the other driver would be at our house within 15 minutes. 40 minutes went by and still no show so we had my daughter and her friends load into the limo that was there since 8 AM and began to load the remainder of the party into my GL 450. We had no choice since we were already late for our first scheduled event which was costing us money regardless of what time we were to show and we were risking missing the entire 1st event at this point. Just as we were getting ready to pull out, the other limo FINALLY showed up...an hour and a half later. We were very upset, but chose to put our feelings to the side and try to make our daughter's Sweet 16 a great one regardless of the way it was starting because of VIP Limousine's failure to deliver on what was promised. Secondly, when we got into the 2nd limo, you could tell that it just came from another function. It smelled badly, there was trash tucked in the seats and we found bobby pins spread out over the seats. We later found a piece of paper sitting on the driver's front seat with his work order that stated ONLY 1 limo. They never even had us scheduled for 2 limos!!! They charged my card a few days before the event, so they were paid in full. This incident was on Sunday. I called Dan on Monday numerous times with no return call. My assistant called as well and left several messages with no response. We finally got an email from Dan where he basically said that we were all square because he gave us a larger limo for the same price even though they showed up an hour and a half late. He still charged us for 2 limos for the total time originally billed. My husband and I tried to work something out with him to make up for the bad experience but he wasn't having it. We disputed the total amount charge with AMEX and Dan stuck to his story about us being even because he gave us a larger limo for the same price. I would highly recommend anyone to run from this company. It seems like them ripping people off is a common theme. Read the other reviews too. I understand in any business things go wrong, but it is the way you handle those mistakes that determine the caliber of the organization and Dan and VIP Limousine handled the situation by ignoring us...NOT GOOD. Please don't make the same mistake we did.

Customer Beware: I used VIP for their shuttle service. I needed guests shuttled to and from a hotel for my wedding reception. Leading up to the event, communication with their representative Dan was great. However, the night of my wedding, the driver got lost and had to ask for directions. My young cousin had to use her Smart Phone to direct him to the reception. Guests arrived late and missed my cocktail hour. Many had to drive themselves because the driver took entirely too long to return for them since he got lost. The route between my hotel and venue was a direct route too...one main road! How he got lost is beyond me. My husband and I spent our cocktail arguing on the phone with Dan, who was actually defending his driver's actions! This was our wedding day and we will never get that time back! We paid the driver in cash less than the contracted amount because we received poor service.... and the company charged our credit card ON TOP of what we paid in cash! OUTRAGEOUS! Contacting the company days after was a nightmare. Calls and voicemails went ignored. There were few times when Dan actually answered the phone or called us back. The owner of the company, Ray, only offered to refund $200 from the original balance. They made out like bandits! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I highly recommend using someone else. I used B & M Limousines (based out of North Jersey) for limo service to and from my church, and they were WONDERFUL! They know what customer service truly is!

Great price, patient driver, awesome times! Free bottle of champagne and clean glasses provided for our celebrations. We went to two different wineries and driver was very courteous and helped us unload our wine bottles. Will definitely use this service again.

We tried to use this company to provide a pick up after a concert at the Susquehanna bank center. They said they would email me the drivers name once we signed the contract. They never did. The day of the concert I sent several emails, and left about 3 messages for them to call me as they had not provided driver information to us. They finally called 15 minutes before the pick up time, and by that time we had already made other arrangements, and that we no longer need them because they never told us how to get a hold of the driver. They of course still charged us. Thanks VIP limo. DO NOT USE

My friends and I have used VIP for a few years now for an annual brew fest in the greater philly area. The drivers are professional and very accommodating and have always driven us wherever we wanted to go. I have always dealt with Dan, the owner, for my reservations and he has always been responsive and friendly to work with. We will continue to use them for our days around town or other occasions when we need a limo.

Do not use this company! We booked 2 limousines to take us and our family home from our wedding. After the wedding, we stood outside for 20 minutes waiting for them. They picked us up and took us home. A couple days later I look at my credit card bill and they charged us $300 more then they were supposed to. When we called they said we were charged extra because the limos were in the back of the venue waiting for us. They did not tell anyone they were there! I'm positive they did this on purpose to make more money. They would not refund the extra charges.

I called VIP Limo to arrange transportation from South Jersey to NYC for the day. They were amazing on the phone and in person! Dan showed up with donuts for breakfast, had wifi in the van, and drove us everywhere we needed to go. He was super personable and helpful. He made sure everyone was comfortable and happy the whole time. We couldn't have asked for anything more!
