Attended an event, they over sold VIP tickets, and there were no benefit, just a waste of money. It was so bad that we spent over $100 and couldn't even see the headliner... my girl was extremely disappointed and for a good reason.  I wouldn't suggest this place to see any of your favorite artists.
Update: We had stage tickets, but after we figured it out, they said we had to pay for a table and bottle to actually get the stage benefits... however, we would be sitting on the side because they no longer had tables ...

I don’t understand the negative reviews this night club is great and the staff is amazing. We had VIP seating which we ordered and the price was exactly as quoted when we purchased. We will definitely return to this club and I highly recommend. Shoutout to the servers and Felipe.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE

I never write bad reviews but this time I have to. First of all, their website is still under maintenance. Second, when I had called multiple times about the birthday packages, the website states that each package includes a “boom tower” Which was said to be a whole tower of snacks, including chicken, wings, and foods like that. The man on the phone told me that was included days before my actual birthday event. When the day of came, I asked where the boom tower was, and they told me that they no longer have the boom tower or a kitchen. I have heard it was due to having all kitchen. Staff fired or the kitchen is completely separate from the club. I was very frustrated with this and expressed how angry I was and that I had Made a down payment for the package, including the boom tower. All they did was offer another bottle of alcohol and only took $30 off of the entire bill which was still really expensive. People have told me good things about this place, but I also looked at the negative reviews and I didn’t want to believe them but I am very disappointed with how this place turned out to be. Needless to say, I will not be booking with them ever again.

BEWARE FOR CONCERTS this place is a joke the staff doesn’t know what their doing they sent us to the wrong place when we were finally told something it was near almost the start of the performance because “the people who brought tables were complaining” on top of that we brought “VIP FRONT STAGE” and their argument was that a table needs to be brought to be near the stage yet the tickets policy did NOT say that at all and we were in the back not the front like the tickets states and could not see nothing and ppl were just walking in and out from the “VIP FRONT STAGE no table” area by the time they told us something this place loves to scam their customers for more money management does not know how to control this place as the placement arrangements are a mess

GREEDY OWNERS. DONT PAY VIP. I payed VIP for me and wife to stand on the side by the bar packed with very little space, they clearly sell all of the “VIP” tickets until there is no space to move by the bar. Waited from 10pm-2am for the artist to come out just so they can play for 1 hour and the club closes. The bartender also cheated my wife charging her $42 for two water bottles (paid $50 dollar bill to get $8 dollars back). This is a clear rip off just to make money off of people and waste their time.
