From 5 to 1 Stars why?

I recently ordered here, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I placed an order online for pickup, but I opened was missing the fries this is the second time happens here, the other day when I got home, I realized the fries were missing.

I tried calling the restaurant to inform them, but nobody picked up, and there was no follow-up

It’s frustrating to pay for a complete meal and end up with an incomplete order. The chicken was decent, but it didn’t make up for the lack of the fries I paid for. Really hoping they improve their service as I was looking forward to a good meal. But I won’t back and people who buy here need to be aware before left the restaurant open your food and see what items are missing

Twice in a row (on separate visits) we received biscuits that had this black layer of dirt or film on the bottom. Please see the photo. The first time it happened the biscuits were in the fridge for two days, so I wrote it off as mold. Today upon getting our order the film was on the biscuits ordered fresh. I don't know if it's from a dirty pan or storing these biscuits on the floor, but it's very unappealing. Also on one of my first visits I went through the drive thru for a meal and the staff asked me to come inside. I told them I had a sleeping toddler in the car and there was a reason I was using the drive thru.

Total scam of their buy one get one free.The size of the chicken was so small almost like cut in half .Their promotion is a total scam $7.99 for two chicken but comes to $16 sth .Not worth the promotion
