Called for service repair yesterday 12/17/24, and was able to have my LG Stove serviced today. Victor explained to me in detail that a diagnostic will be conducted for a minimal fee and if service was accepted it was going to be applied towards the fee. Victor was knowledgeable on LG products and did have the part for the repair which was completed within 45 minutes. He was very thorough, clean and had my oven working like new.
