Thank you CJ for the birthday burger with minimum purchase. While the zucchini were hot and fresh the burger was cold and seemed off. 2 overwhelmed people working. Long wait. Not a great experience for top dollar burgers. Sorry.

I've never had a bad experience here. Food is always on point. We know what Carls Jr tastes like and they do a good job to meet those standards. My kids always get chicken stars. and I usually get a western bacon cheeseburger or a big carl. The place has been cleaned up. the staff works hard and treats us well. (because we are always there).

I am not a huge Carl's Jr. fan anymore because throughout the years the franchise as a whole has gone downhill in terms of quality. However, there are a few things on the menu that I do still like.....the Western Bacon Cheeseburger, the fried zucchini and I do also like their breakfast burger with the egg and hash brown nuggs in it. I only ever go anymore when my daughter insists on it, she is a fan, plus her first job was working for Carl's Jr. so I indulge her by going there when she wants. By the way, $44 for 3 combo meals? Lordy lordy lordy.....who can afford to eat out anymore? I swear sometimes I feel like I work solely for the food we eat! The young guy working the counter was friendly enough, and my double western bacon cheeseburger was pretty good, and very filling. My zucchini came out nice and hot but sadly the fries were cold. My punch was great as only punch can be. I enjoyed it, despite the fact that a couple hours later I had to guzzle down some alka seltzer.

Very dirty. I went to use the restroom before ordering. I changed my mind afterwards. It was so dirty. Door to the stall is broken. Don't even fix the door properly. Just added a super sharp edge of support to the stall door. Lights were dim. Then on my way out, i hear a woman staff repeating herself to the customer. Customer sounded elderly. Geez, be patient and let him respond. No good. Lots of blind spots in the parking-lot as well. Home Depot has their stuff stacked so high and taking up many parking spaces. I don't recommend coming to this Carl's Jr. It is poorly managed.

This was my first visit to any Carl's Jr. I'm quite a while, I'm guessing a few years at least. The only purpose for coming here was it was the closest fast food type place from my work location. Having looked at the menu online ahead of time allowed me to familiarize myself with their most recent menu items. Since my lunch break is typically around half an hour, I didn't want to take top long as traffic around 5pm weekdays in the area can take time. I opted for the spicy angus jalapeno burger, side of jalapeno bites, and a soda for my meal. Ordered at the drive thru, there was little wait. One thing that shocked me a bit was the total cost of the previously mentioned combo meal- over $17 incl. tax! Having tried most of the major fast food places, CJ's definitely tops the list of the most expensive, when comparing it to other major burger places in the area. The food itself was very good, and exceeded expectations as far as flavor and quality is concerned. Having never tried these menu items before, I thought they were quite delicious. Was it worth around $17? Not sure, but even though the quality of the food was there, this definitely wouldn't be something I'd be getting regularly. Maybe once every other week or so. Overall this location gets a good rating for the food & service, I docked a star due to the high cost comparing to other similar establishments.

When I was craving a jalapeno double cheese burger I go and try to order it because I seen it on the menu and I wait in the drive through line just for the employee to tell me that they don't make them like why would you advertise something put pictures on your windows advertising it and not even make them anymore what a waste of time very unprofessional for a big franchise

So unless there was an update to the business hours .....they were not Open at 5:00 AM as presented!!!! Not even a single soul in the building. People who work early in the mornings count on the reliability of company time postings. I'm extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to eating as this is the only breakfast place near me.
