I have never wanted to order from Dominoes. But Chef David Chang said it's his favorite. My kids said they enjoyed it at numerous birthday parties. And there was that national ad campaign for 2 medium, 2-topping pizzas for $6.99 each that finally convinced me. The app worked quite well and the pizzas arrived exactly when I requested it. But the pizzas themselves were below mediocre. One of my kids commented that the sauce tasted kind of sour. Another noted that one of the pizzas didn't seem completely cooked and that there was more sauce and cheese on one pizza compared to the other. We also noted that the medium pizzas were more on the small side, definitely smaller than our local pizza place. I think I'll stay with the local pizza place.

The pizzas are good here. The food is not the problem. Never order delivery from here. The dominos app never works from this location and it's a failure on all levels. The fact for two weeks in a row I order pizzas for my students at Santa Clara and both times the apps says delivered and no pizzas are delivered. I call the store and they tell me it's delivered. I tell them I can get the security cameras from campus to prove I've been outside waiting the whole time and no pizzas showed up. Then they say, oh it's the driver or we will make news ones. I asked for an eta and can't get one. Just "the driver will call when they are close." Just so unreliable and unprofessional. Sadly getting what I pay for. I'll never get pizzas from here again with delivery.

If I could give no stars I would. Don't order from this place. Originally placed an order via doordash for a pizza to be delivered to my work as I cannot leave. When the pizza is supposed to be delivered the delivery guy spams phone calls to ly phone instead of using the doordash app or texting and then begins to make excuses of why he doesnt want to deliver. He refuses to come in (I work in a mall) and claims the order was fulfilled even though it wasnt. Ive listed my work as the delivery place and have never had issues getting anything delivered before outside of here. The driver continues to say that he doesnt have time and that Im holding him up. Fine. I cancel and get a refund via doordash and reorder from dominos thinking it was a dasher not their own delivery person. The manager then calls me (via speakerphone through her deliverypersons phone) and berates me for trying to get the delivery guy to come deliver to me as she doesnt allow them to go down for deliveries and im supposed to meet at the door (how the heck am I supposed to know that?) She says they dont havetime as there are other orders that need to be delivered. All the time not listening to what Im saying and not being able to communicate properly because shes on her drivers phone on speaker talking to me through another phone. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. Dont go here. Filed a complaint with doordash and will probably do so with Dominos as a whole. Horrible experience

They don't use gloves and started making my pizza after touching register without washing hands. They also got my order wrong and the dough tasted old. Will not be back.

Ive given this location multiple tries, but there is always a new issue. I ordered a pizza cooked well done. I received a notification from the app within 10 minutes that the pizza was done. Due to previous issues, I immediately called the location to confirm that the pizza was cooked for the correct amount of time. I was told yes and to come in. When I arrived, the pizza still was not done and I was told to wait an additional 5-10 minutes. What was the point of marking the pizza complete (probably a store metric) then telling me over the phone that the pizza was ready and to come pick it up? The store was not busy. I'm not sure if there's a language barrier or if they just prefer not to deal with customers because this situation doesn't make any sense. Oh, turns out they had my pizza sitting in the back the whole time, so now I have a cold pizza. Won't be returning

Happy National Pizza Party Day! This location had a $5.99 pizza special, so I took advantage. I ordered on their website and 10 minutes later I received an email that they cancelled my order? I called the store and they said they cancelled my order "by accident"... LOL I just ended up ordering it again and it was all good. Strange experience though. CONS: Not a lot of parking at this location by Santa Clara University. They are stingy with their toppings... They also don't put much pizza sauce, so it was a little dry. It was also funny that they have signs that say "face masks are required by employees and customers at all times", but none of the staff were wearing masks?

Something sketchy going on here. Normally would never bother to write a review, it's just Domino's. But I ordered a pickup for 10:30pm (store closes at midnight), got a confirmation email and cc charge, but when I showed up the store was closed. Called the next day and was told my order "not possible" but a manager would call me back. No call. Called a couple days later, was told they couldn't process a refund and was again told a manager would call back. No call. Called again tonight and no one picked up so I disputed the charge.

The people that run this place are crooks! I had first tried to order online using a coupon for two $5 medium two topping pizzas. Apparently it was too late to order online so I ended up just forfeiting the coupon and calling the order in. It was now going to be "$21" according to the lady over the phone... No biggie. So when I arrive, I walk to the counter and there is a man and a lady working with no other customers inside. They completely ignore me! So after about 15-30 awkward seconds, I say that I had phoned in an order and am here to pick up. At that time, the man proceeds to tell me that there credit card machine isn't working correctly so he'll have to "manually" run it. Grabs the card from my hand rudely and walks away with it. So now I'm again awkwardly standing there with this lady who hasn't acknowledged me and is on her phone. Long story short, I was charged 37 dollars for these two medium pizzas that were originally supposed to be 5 dollars each!! When the guy came back with my card, he never brought me a receipt and when I asked, he blamed it on their machine being "down". I didn't find out the total until checking my account... Complete BS. These people are rude and I believe overcharged on purpose.

Usually pizza is good but I'm experiencing a cut back on the cheese. More sauce on my pizza. Gross. I want my money back. I could barely eat it was full of pepperoni. But no cheese. I'm surprised. It's usually good lots of cheese what happened.
