We went to Sonic because my husband wanted a milkshake. And this was located next to the hotel that we were staying at. So we drove up to the parking stall And tried to place our order. But when I was ordering the person on the other end, he kept asking me what I wanted. I kept repeating myself. Then he finally got my my order right. While settling in my car, talking to my husband, and looking at the food board, I noticed that they had items for $1.99, so I pushed the button to ask about the items. The lady, on the other end, acted like she didn't hear me. The weather was nice, it was 100 degrees. The menu box with the speaker needs to be turned up. So they gave me the discount for the food items. When the food came out, it was nice and hot. But they cooked it a little too hard. My husband said that the milkshake was good, but he forgot to tell them not to put the whipped cream on the milkshake. And the onion ring tasted like a funnel cake without the power sugar. The loaded bites were really good. And I love the tater tots. The chicken tender was good. But everything was fried too hard. But we will be going back because I need a Slushy because it is hot as hell, lol.

I came here for the cheddar bites but they don't have them anymore! My husband convinced me to get the cheese sticks instead and they did not disappoint! They were perfectly crispy and cheesy. I got the peach slushie and that was a different story. Sometimes I could taste the flavoring syrup used and it was a tad bitter. I was not a fan. Next time I think I'll try one of the fruit slushes instead.

They fired me without warning on a Friday night. Just because i could not keep up and that was my first friday I ever worked on with them. If i coud it would be zero stars. All they care about is Speed and production. They fired me during a family emergency without warning. After i told her family emergency they still terminated me without warning. Recently ran Inside this location to grab some tots while charging my car. Much to my disgust in the ladies room I was joined by a mouse! I discreetly shared this with the counter girl and her response was a cheerful " okay" . I elected to not order any food and left immediately. Disgusting. ! Not " okay" at all

Friendly staff. That's all I can say. Nastiest iced coffee ever. . Double Jr cheeseburger was overcooked. Like it was somehow microwaved to death. I don't know what happened. I use to love sonic but this sonic on Charleston Hwy is horrible. They have my order wrong I ask for no pickles on my burger and I ask for French fries and they gave me tots and it was not done. The customer service was not good at all either.

I really don't want to give a bad review because everyone was really nice. My kids and I came inside for some snacks. The place was clean and the woman that took our order was super friendly. However, our food wasn't super hot/fresh and it appeared thrown together; other than that we had a great time. If you have time go inside. It's pretty nice and it was great not to eat in the card or outside in the rain.

We just stopped at this sonic driving hours and hours to go. We ordered our food and the young man brought our food and brought large drinks saying he thought we might like them (so nice!) he noticed our dog in the back and asked if it liked ice cream and brought her some and another hop they oohhed and aaaahhed over the dog and gave her some ice cream. So nice!!! The food was good. Nice and hot. Service was exceptional! Definitely go back when I'm in this area again.
