We had a wonderful dinner at 82 Queen last night! My wife had the blackened mahi special and my kids each had the buttered noodles!  I enjoyed the she crab soup, the shrimp and grits appetizer and the jambalaya.  All were very good.  The appetizer did seam like it sat under a heat lamp for a bit but other than that, the food was excellent

Had such a great experience for dinner here on 2/9! Kyla our server was very sweet and took great care of us, she was amazing. The food was excellent we had the fried green tomatoes, fish & grits and the creole grouper dish. It being superbowl weekend the restaurant we were going to go to was closed and opted to 82 Queen instead, and we are so happy we did! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious upscale southern meal.

Great spot for some of the best Southern Dishes.  We had the Tomato Pie app and by far the best we’ve ever had.  The shrimp and grits were good.  Crab Cakes didn’t disappoint. The Low Country Gumbo was outstanding.  I’m a big Gumbo fan and this was a hit.  Our server Kayla told us that it was more of a Charleston take on Gumbo as it wasn’t the traditional creole type Gumbo you find in Cajun country.  More of a tomato base liquid and not the usual roux.  Was fantastic.  If you’re looking for good southern comfort cooking this would be a great start.

This restaurant hit all the spots. Gorgeous garden, and the tables scattered around make an idilic experience. We loved the food and the drinks. The she crab soup was delicious, but would eat just a cup. My favorite was the crab cake.

I absolutely loved 82 Queen! The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere is amazing! We sat in the courtyard that was tucked between the different dining rooms in historic buildings, and it was great! The food matched the atmosphere and was excellent! The sandwich was delicious, and the shrimp and grits may be the best I’ve ever had! The she crab soup, which was the real reason we came, lived up to the hype! I would encourage anyone who wants a nice dining experience in Charleston to check this place out!

Helt fenomenal upplevelse på 82 Queen! Från det ögonblick vi kom in var vi förtrollade av restaurangens varma, historiska charm — men det som verkligen gjorde kvällen oförglömlig var den exceptionella servicen från vår servitör Scotty. 

Scotty var en absolut pärla — snäll, uppmärksam och verkligen investerat i att göra vår måltid speciell. Han förutsåg varje behov utan att sväva, erbjöd tankeväckande rekommendationer, och fick oss att känna sig verkligen välkomna och värderas under hela kvällen. Hans varma personlighet och professionalism höjde hela matupplevelsen. 

Maten, som förväntat, var enastående — varje maträtt var expertlagad och vackert presenterad. Atmosfären, undangömt i en sådan pittoresk miljö, var perfekt för en avkopplande och minnesvärd utekväll. 

Stort tack till Scotty och hela 82 Queen team för att göra vårt besök så roligt. Vi kan inte vänta med att återvända - denna plats är en Charleston skatt!

Två flickvänner och jag tillbringade några dagar på Isle of Palms fira våra födelsedagar. Vår berömda middag reservation var på 82 Queen. Atmosfären var unik och charmig! Vi satt utanför och beställde drinkar och tomatpaj som förrätt. 
Pajen var utsökt och vår service med Chelsea var top notch! Mina vänner beställde och slukade varsin grillgryta och räkor. Jag beställde Chefs special, Wahoo med sesamcitrusglasyr. Fisken var perfekt förberedd och smakkombinationen var sublim. Vi trodde vi var mätta men slukade brödpuddingen och pralinglassen. Det var en av de bästa måltider jag någonsin ätit!

Vi har så många underbara minnen av middagar på 82 Queen... vår historia går tillbaka över 27 år när min man och jag gick på en dejt där och åt på gården. Sedan dess har det varit ”vår plats” att fira examen, födelsedagar och årsdagar. Deras bar är vår favorit... drinkarna är omsorgsfullt utformade och alltid utsökta - bartenders låter aldrig “upptagen - ness” förringa deras personliga uppmärksamhet! Trevor (en av våra favoriter) är en pärla, så se till att ta en plats och be om Trevor för en fantastisk drink (eller middag i baren) !

Fantastisk mat och dryck i en vacker miljö. Vår servitör Scotty... hade en fantastisk attityd och servicenivå. Det blev en fantastisk eftermiddag!

Efter att ha gått in i 82 drottning en arg värdinna berättade för oss att vi inte bekräftade vår bokning (men en medlem av partiet ringde 2 timmar innan och en medlem av teamet berättade att vi var alla inställda). Hon var elak och fick oss att känna oss ansvariga för felet, och var mycket kort med oss. 

Vi satt utanför och hade Scotty som server och vände hela upplevelsen! Han var glad, snäll, rolig och omtänksam. Vi var glada att fira en examen från MUSC och var tacksamma till Scotty för att vända vår erfarenhet! Tack Scotty, vi kommer tillbaka för att träffa dig!

Vår service med Scottie var exceptionell, skulle komma hit igen! Han var mycket uppmärksam och drog skämt. Vi hade några allergier, och han var mycket tillmötesgående.

Min son tog mig till denna fantastiska restaurang på min födelsedag. Värdinnan var så omtänksam och verkligen gav oss det ”bästa bordet i huset”! Atmosfären är ren Charleston magi. Men den verkliga pärlan var Myles! Han var så underbar och tog sig tid att förklara och rekommendera alternativ på menyn. Han var så uppmärksam och gav förstklassig gästvård. Vi var aldrig bråttom och var perfekt omhändertagna i timing och leverans. Maten var underbar, stämningen drömmande och hela upplevelsen kunde inte ha varit mer perfekt. Hurra! Jag rekommenderar starkt denna dolda pärla och MYLES för din nästa matupplevelse!

Vi hade en minnesvärd upplevelse för brunch och kunde äta utanför. Var försiktig om din plats är i solen, eftersom det kan bli ganska varmt om inte med ett paraply. Min mamma och jag gick på morsdagslunch. Maten var fantastisk. Kyckling och Kex speciellt som var pekannötspaj. Men showens riktiga stjärnor var Scotty och Ariel. Tur att vi har drömlaget. Snäll, uppmärksam och kunnig. Haglar röv med klass och grace under en super upptagen tjänst och i hällregnet. Tack för att du gjorde min mammas dag så speciell.

Scotty gjorde vår första upplevelse stor! Hans kundservice var enastående, han var mycket väl insatt i menyn, och gjorde min väns födelsedag firande BRA!

Jason, vår server, gav super råd för en stor matupplevelse. Min personliga förrätt, grillräkor och gryn, är fantastisk. De andra som åt middag med mig var lika imponerade av maten. Restaurangen i sig är charmig och ett bra ställe att äta i Charleston.

Superb mat - fisk och gryn och räkor och gryn - i en charmig innergård. Bra service (och samtal) från Ariel, som svarade på många av våra turisters frågor. Rekommenderas starkt!

Hade en vacker middag här på gården med vänner. Stämningen atmosfären och maten var alla fantastiska. Ariel var en stjärna och behandlade oss med sådan nåd och värdighet, en sann tillgång till restaurangen. Rekommenderar starkt denna restaurang för datum avslappnad natt med vänner och goda tider.

Vi var på besök från utanför stan och från en rekommendation gjort brunch reservationer. Jag var imponerad av att personalen sms:ade mig morgonen för att fråga om vi ville ha uteplats eller inne sittplatser. Lusthuset var perfekt för vårt parti av 7 och Ariel var en fantastisk server. Hon gav mat och dryck rekommendationer och var mycket uppmärksam på oss. Rekommenderas restaurangen och särskilt Ariel!
