Costa Charleston is an absolute must. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a warm, inviting ambiance that perfectly captures the charm of Charleston with a modern coastal twist. The dim lighting, elegant décor, and subtle ocean-inspired accents create an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere.

The service is outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely hospitable.

Every bite made you want more, from the exquisitely fresh seafood to the expertly crafted entrees. The chef’s dedication to quality ingredients and innovative pairings shines through in every dish. The craft cocktails and wine selection were equally impressive, complementing the meal beautifully.

The GM, Alessandro, has certainly put his previous Disney experience to good use - the efficiency and passion of the team is clearly a result. It was so great to see another previous Cast Member in the Charleston area.

We went for an improptu date night and Costa was recommended by one of the manager at Chubby Fish Restaurant.
They had vallet parking for the restaurant so no worry on parking since the restaurant is in the apartment building with limited parking.
The inside of the restaurant was really nice and we were greeted as soon as we entered and they seated us on our table right away.
Our waiters was attentive and gave us some recomendation on drinks and meal. She explained the drinks very well and seemed very verses on the curated menu as well.
We ordered himachi crudo as one of our appetizer which was sweet and fresh, cue the mandarin brown butter and yuzu sauce. We also ordered the beef carpaccio and it has some asian spin and I really enjoyed this dish! The banh mi flavor and the crunchi peanuts were a good mix.
For the main course I had the grilled cherri points sword fish that was delightful with caper, lemon, and olive oil, however the portion is very small. My husband ordered the pecorini ravioli and he said it was really good and the filling of the ravioi was black. We ordered the broccolini and love that we did since the main course portion was really small.
For dessert, I had the delicious tiramisu espresso martini.
It was a good impromptu date night overall.

Outstanding event with family at Costa. Our first time, but likely not our last. Burrata was a favorite for the table as was the Beef Cheek Tortelli and the Roasted Duck!  Service from entire staff was above the normal high standards for Charleston. Thanks for a great evening.

The best burrata in Charleston. Fresh and creamy, with tomatoes, peaches and good quality olive oil. It was delicious! The pasta dishes were also delicious and we finished the night with the chocolate torte and the almond polenta cake which you absolutely MUST get. The flavor is phenomenal. A wonderful experience from beginning to end.

I came to Costa for my birthday dinner and had the most amazing experience! We were immediately impressed by the friendly hostess and warm atmosphere. I was given a hand written birthday card and was greeted by almost every staff member throughout the night who made sure to tell me “Happy birthday”. In addition to the wonderful staff, our meals were phenomenal! Our waiter, James, gave us the best recommendations and made our night that much more memorable. Our top favorite courses were the scallop crudo and the special Cappellacci pasta - although we were highly impressed with everything. I will definitely be coming back soon and will be recommending Costa to anyone looking for a fabulous Italian meal!
