No Uber and Lyft drivers wanted to take my scheduled ride at 3:30 AM, and I was left panicking. I quickly searched for taxis on Google and found this company that became a life-saver. My driver was professional and trustworthy. I was taken straight from my house to the airport with no issues. While it is double the price of Uber/Lyft, the convenience and last-minute accommodation was worth it. I am so thankful for AAA Royal Coach Charleston, and I highly recommend them!

Was driving at night on the don holt bridge and truck #44, license plate 12136, merged into my lane,no blinker, right in front of my car almost hitting me that I had to brake. This driver should not be driving anymore. Risking lives of their customers and other vehicles on the road is completely unacceptable. If you want to live, don't ride with this company.

Do not use them. They showed up 45 minutes late for an airport pickup, the driver never communicated with the passenger to let her know where to meet him or that he would be late. Calling the dispatch office got a VM with another number to call. That number gave a VM to call the first number!!!!! Generally a terrible experience. Once they answered the phone the yelled at me and my wife then hung up on us. I ended up driving 45 minutes from Kiawah to the Charleston Airport to pick up my daughter and they refused the refund $144.00. HIGHWAY ROBBERY.

Used this service recently for a golf trip, 2 separate days. Driver was on time for each pickup time, and the van was nice, clean, and big enough for 11 men with 11 golf bags. The driver was pretty quiet, but he did a great job accommodating to our obnoxious group. I would definitely recommend using this service for golf outings or bachelor parties. 5 stars

This taxi company took us to and from our hotel and the airport. We were not prepared for the lack of Uber and Lyft drivers and luckily they were able to be at our hotel within 20 minutes since we ran a little late for our flight. Very grateful for them and their quick service! Vehicle was clean and driver was safe.

DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT RELIABILITY!!! I called 2 weeks before my trip to book a ride to the airport at 5:00 AM. I should have known after talking to the guy to be leery because I had to ask him if he needed my phone number or last name. Anyway, at about 5:10 the morning of the trip I got worried and called them. Long story short they did NOT have anyone on the way to pick us up AND they didn't even apologize!!! I don't know how they stay in business acting this way.
