The food is to die for, i'm obsessed with everything there and I devour it every single time. I go relentlessly especially because the service is so amazing. Rebecca helps me every time she's is the sweetest. When I come in she always has a smile on her face and it brightens my day. Highly recommend!!!!!

I hate to leave a bad review, but this location is an absolute nightmare that it deserves one, along with all the others. They are constantly out of toppings, SLOW, and have poor customer service. It sucks that this is the only location on this side. I keep giving them another chance because I love the food, but they never do better. They're either out of 5 different toppings, you're waiting 30 minutes with only 4-5 people in front of you, or you're standing there waiting for your pick up order, while they make several other pick up orders for customers who are not even in the building!! or they're forgetting to give you what you asked and paid for. Hopefully this locations manager sees these and starts fixing the issues. Advice from a customer stand point: learn from Chick-fil-A.

I've held off writing this review for several months, hoping this location would find its footing -- but unfortunately, it's clear that the issues here stem from poor ownership and a lack of real investment in the team and operations. I travel often and visit multiple CAVA locations, and the experience here is consistently the worst by far. Every time I stop in, they're severely short-staffed, overwhelmed, and out of multiple core ingredients. The store is visibly messy, chaotic, and clearly under-resourced -- and it's not a one-time fluke. This has been the norm, not the exception, since they opened. It honestly feels like corners are being cut at every turn: understaffed shifts, visibly stressed employees trying to hold things together, and no sense of urgency or accountability from management. It's frustrating as a customer, but also really unfortunate for the team members who are clearly set up to fail by the lack of support and leadership. CAVA usually stands out for quality and consistency -- this location is the exact opposite. I hope corporate steps in to address what's clearly a mismanaged store, because right now, it's doing a disservice to the CAVA brand and to its own staff.

CAVA never misses. The vibes are always immaculate -- fresh ingredients, fast service, and flavors that actually slap. The build-your-own bowls are elite, and the combinations are endless (that crazy feta + harissa honey chicken combo? Unreal). Everything tastes clean but still hits hard, and the portions are solid for the price. The staff always keeps things moving, even when it's packed, and the place just has that chill, modern energy. CAVA's basically the healthy version of Chipotle that still makes you feel like you're treating yourself. 10/10 -- would absolutely recommend to anyone who loves good food and good vibes.

Delicious, fresh choices ... build it your way ... get it on a plate, a wrap or, how I love it, in a large bowl. Plenty of parking, ample seating, a line that moves quickly and smiling employees. The dining area is bright with ample seating. Be sure to order the crispy pita!

I love, love, love CAVA and so happy there is now one in my neighborhood. Healthy, fresh, and delicious options. The new spot is bright and light and airy. ...opening week is tough and needs some customer service tweaks. I ordered a drink, but when I got to the drink bar there was no tea out. I asked at the counter and the cashier gave me a grunt and a shrug. She said she didn't know anything about it. Not a good answer. I mention to a floor person, no response??? I would not have paid for a drink but the line was long and I had no desire to impede the progress of other customers by asking for a refund. Another change, and I assume the Mt P one is now the same...most meat toppings have an up charge now, as much as $3.00. However, Harrissa Honey Chicken is to die for, so $3.00 it is. The rest of the kitchen and counter staff was all smiles and helpful...truly my absolute fave place to go...and never skip on an order of crispy pitas. You'll thank me...

Finally made it to Cava in West Ashley and it was vibrant and full of flavor. This place reminds me of Zoes Kitchen which I loved. The service was fast and the restaurant was very clean. The server was helpful and nice. We got the avocado chicken bowl and steak bowl both big bowls and fresh tasting. Try to go as soon as they open it gets busy.

this was the worst cava i have ever been to. I have never written a review about a restaurant until today. the service was extremely slow, the person making my pita just dumped all ingredients into one spot of the pita i ordered, was extremely messy and didn't remove gloves. the outside of the bag had dressing and sauces all over it. the pita looked like straight shit and was cold due to how long it took to make the food. i threw it away and ordered from a different restaurant. not worth the money.
