The Charleston Water Taxi is a must-do when visiting Charleston. The price is almost ridiculously low, especially considering the quality of the tour. Our captain, Dallas was charming and clearly loves what he does. He and his dog, Bonnie made the adventure so much fun. He actually steered a little off course, so that we could see dolphins leading a freighter out of the harbor. What a memory! Rhi, his crew member is patient and efficient, engaging and interesting. We decided to do the whole loop to get an overview of "what's where", then hopped off at the Market stop. While our time walking through downtown Charleston was memorable, we couldn't wait to get back to Bonnie and her crew.

This was a great impromptu edition to our family time in Charleston! The staff were polite and courteous. We found the ride to picturesque and relaxing. A definite must do when visiting Charleston!

What a fun way to cross the Charleston bay. The prices are very reasonable. The views are amazing. The captain gave us info about the birds we saw in the bay, and even steered the boat so we could see dolphins that he spotted.

We took the water taxi from Mt Pleasant to Downtown Charleston and back. Our captain - a GAL , was great! We spotted Dolphins on our way back and she slowed down and allowed us to watch them. It was a smooth ride there and back, and they were great! Definitely recommend the all day Pass for just $14!

I love the water and this was a big fun way to be on it. It may be a taxi but to me it was a boat ride for $12. That's a Bargain! We had beautiful views of the bridge and war ships while relaxing and watching for marine life. Didn't see any this day unfortunately as it was a bit choppy but to me that made it even funnier. weeeeeeeeeeeee They do offer water on board if needed for $2. The boat was clean and I didn't get wet at all. The crew were professional and happy to answer any questions asked about the surrounding sights we were seeing. They do not have any restrooms so go before you go. LOL Instead of renting a boat for $$$ try the taxi $.. it was so worth it!

We found this attraction on Groupon and decided to stop by on our drive through for the day. Our main goal was to ride on a boat and possibly see dolphins. Upon arrival we were able to choose our entry location and found ourselves in a beautiful waterfront park. We enjoyed the shaded wait area to board the boat. The loading was quick and efficient. About 80% of the boat was shaded. There was two workers, one to drive and the other to greet, take tickets, and answer questions. They were very friendly. Our ride was very beautiful. We passed the aquarium and two other ports across the harbor. Sadly no dolphins, but over all it was a great ride.

Cool little ride! The driver and assistant were awesome and kept my kids entertained. We experienced 3 of the 5 drop points and it was a very relaxing ride. You could see a few dolphins off into the ocean and we also had the pleasure of seeing the Charleston sailing club practice. The super up close looks of the USS York allowed us to see the old battle scars from its heyday. Lots of friendly waves from others enjoying the swells of the ocean cruising in their respective yachts and boats made me realize how I need to hit the lotto really soon lol. I would definitely recommend this taxi for a cool hop between points of downtown Charleston. Can't beat the price either and it lasts you all day! So as long as they're in operation for the day the rides are unlimited. That's definitely a plus!

This is a MUST do thing while you are in Charleston ! For only $17 for an all day pass you can ride on a beautiful little boat that goes around to 4 points in the harbor. You can get off and do things and then get back on all day long . I did it a few years ago and I liked that I could get to downtown from the resort. This time was absolutely way more memorable ! The staff on the boat were just on point, I was not expecting to have such a great time ! Reee and Iris were both very friendly, communicative, informal and just made the whole trip 10x better. They got to know everyone, shared information that was helpful. And they always let us take time to enjoy and find where the dolphins were ! And we saw quite a few it was Great! After today's experience, I can honestly say it is my favorite thing to do while visiting Charleston. Thank You Guys so much for this awesome and blessed day ! Yall doing it right. Appreciate you !
