The chick filet spicy version had the ugliest tomato. It was green and not ready to pick, it made the sandwich look like garbage. This is the third or fourth time they are putting out messy food. I've had cold pick up food. I've gotten a half cup of ice cream.

Chick-fil-A at Citadel Mall Food Court is extremely convenient and it is wonderful to be able to order from Chick-fil-A while at the mall for an appointment at the Medical University of S.C. West Ashley Medical Pavilion. The MUSC employees also seem to be big patrons of this location. I hope that Chick-fil-A never closes this location. They should look into opening a drive-thru lane in the parking lot!

The best thing about this location is that there's never a wait since it's inside a slow-paced mall. It's takeout or dine in inside the food court, no delivery. It's located next to the Sarku Japan. The food quality here is standard for Chick-fil-A and the service is fine. The only bad thing is that the hours are the same as the mall so it opens later and closes earlier than a regular Chick-fil-A.

This Chick-Fil-A is located at the food court inside Citadel Mall, so it doesn't have the bells and whistles of a stand-alone restaurant. You can order ahead and pay with the app here, but only as carry-out since there's no drive-thru. The service and food are about like every other Chick-Fil-A. The staff members are nice, and the wait is never long. The food court is close to Target and Belk in the mall, so if you're shopping at those places and need a snack, it's a convenient option.

Chick-Fil-A at Citadel Mall Food Court in West Ashley is one of my favorite Chick-Fil-A locations in the area and a nice quick stop for a snack or meal while shopping. They make everything simple and fast when you are on the move. This location is very well managed and the staff is organized and efficient at preparing your order. I have had a really positive experience every time I have been here.

Who can ever complain about a Chick-fil-A, unless there are too many people in front of you inline either in the driveway or inside. The food is always good, the lemonade sweet and the salads always delicious. Another success story at this Chick-fil-A.

This is not run like a chik Fil A.. Worst attitude, barely greeted me, acted annoyed the entire time I was there and the food wasn't up to par.. They need to clean out and hire new staff.

Food is always good and warm . service does not take long which is a plus being a mall employee and not having much time to get food and eat during a slow time . the down side is the customer service the people working never seem happy and I frequent this location there #2 meals and chicken nuggets are amazing and I always need a diet lemonade as well.. favorite lemonade for sure.
