Food came COLD, said it was on the way for 30 minutes before it arrived, and delivery driver was rude. The cinnamon twists have NO cinnamon on it either.

Terrible delivery. Pizza arrived as a mess, with pieces on top of pieces, like it was shaken all to one side. It looked like a third of a pizza. And it was cold. And I paid a 6 dollar tip on top of a 6 dollar delivery charge. I guess that's it for domino's in this household.

Placed an order and the website said it left the store. I called the store to get status after waiting for delivery at 35 minutes. A girl answered the phone and refused to give her name. She told me to give the driver 10 more minutes. I asked for a refund since it was so late. She got rude and told me she would not give her name and hung up on me. This store is the worst. I felt bad for the driver. Driver didn't arrive until 55 minutes after it left the store. Lamont was very pleasant but it was obvious he had a LOT of deliveries. The pizza was luke warm and dry. This store use to be a good store and had pretty reliable and fast delivery. Not anymore. Its horrible. They could have called if they were so overloaded and given the choice to pick up. I never got that far with the rude, no mannered girl that answered the phone.

Let me tell you, after site-seeing all day, my husband picked up pizza and parmesan bites for a very late dinner tonight, around 9:40ish. It was all perfect and SO GOOD! My kids (12 and 11) who went with him to grab the food, said as soon as they got back "The people at that Dominoes were so nice!" My husband said the staff was very friendly and he even kept commenting while eating, how good the food was. THANK YOU DOMINOES! Whoeveer is the manager here, needs to praise the staff who was working tonight, because they were awesome!

Domino's Pizza at Westedge in Charleston is a dependable Domino's and does what they do very well. I have been impressed with their quality the times I have had pizza from here and everything has worked out well. They are very efficient at getting everything together and making sure that everything is right. If you are hungry this is a good place to call.

I ordered a pizza because I'm dogsitting and there isn't much food in the house. I got the 2 for $5.99 deal. My pizza dough wasn't cooked all the way through and it was doughy. I also got pasta and it had some sausage in it even though I had ordered chicken. Not super impressed with this location honestly.

Worst Dominoes Ever. Coming from someone who worked at a dominoes for a summer. These people are slow, unprofessional, and rarely pick up the phone. I usually don't do yelp reviews but they need one just to say how much this dominos SUCKS. Do not spend your money here!

Don't do it. Just don't. We waited an HOUR & 40 MINUTES before finally just driving over to the place. They are WAY UNDERstaffed. Have only one guy making pizzas, 2 others are doing God knows what, & then one guy delivering orders & only taking 1 order out at a time. There were pizzas EVERYWHERE, most of them not even with the others they belonged with. We ordered 2 pizzas & one was on the complete opposite side of the room than the other. I'm gluten intolerant, so obviously, I ordered a gf pizza. I had NO clue whether or not I was going to get sick because they couldn't even find my pizza when I told them which one it was. I was lucky enough to get the pizza I ordered, considering they look very similar to thin crust pizzas. Also saw them making pizzas without gloves. Soo... do with that what you will. It was chaos in there. Just don't do it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! So a group of us ordered pizzas. To start with they were 20mins late... When the delivery driver arrived we were missing one pizzas. He said he would let the store know. Then we look at the food, two of the pizzas we order where suppose to have PREMIUM GRILLED CHICKEN, and we get freaking fried chicken nuggets?!? Then the CHICKEN Alfredo had NOOO CHICKEN! Wth Dominos! So I called the store to complain, I had to wait 30mins to talk to someone. Finally get to talk to a manager who gave me a huge attitude and said "we are out of chicken not my problem." Excuse me but I paid for this and if you didn't have it you should have called me so I can change my order. Then told me the driver was out to deliver our other pizza. Well an hour later and we still haven't received out pizza. I asked for a refund and all he offered was a coupon. No this is unacceptable! We will NEVER order from this location and we will tell other units in the hospital not to order with them again! We placed our order at 10:30pm and its 1:20am and the missing pizza hasn't been delivered! Ive been on hold for over 30mins and no one has answered! Other pictures in comments!
