Everyone at Enterprise was kind and professional from the moment we picked up the car to the time we returned it. The whole process was easy, smooth, and fast just the way it should be! They have this service where, depending on how far you live, someone can drive you home after returning the car. That was really convenient and appreciated! I have come to this location many times over the years because I travel for work and have to use a rental car. Each time the staff changes but they were always very friendly. This seems like a place young college students will work to learn business skills. The cars are always very clean and ready whenever I come in with my reservation. One downside is you do have to park in the dirt parking lot across the street if you are going to exchange cars and leave your car there.

The only reason they got 1 star is because I had to click on something in order to right this review. This place is a joke!!! My car has been in the body shop down the road since Thanksgiving - my insurance company arranged the rental for me... and that is where it all went South! I absolutely have nothing positive to say about this place. They rented me a car with the tire light on - someone came out and reset it and said it would be fine - well that hasn't been the case. Last week, I drove up to Myrtle Beach to swap out the car for one with no warning lights - ahhhh, that office was a breath of fresh air. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Try to call West Ashley, and you get disconnected every. single. time. I've emailed corporate - nothing. If you can rent anywhere else.... please do so!

The manager of this location was very condescending and unprofessional. My wife and I will not be using this location again. If someone is in a management position,they need to learn how to speak to people.

Awful! No address listed. 2 locations 1 mile apart. Made us wait FOREVER then told us rate was higher than listed- Double! No way, never again using Enterprise in SC ever again.

We made a plan to rent a minivan to take on a Disney trip (way better than taking an SUV btw). We had to change plans a couple times because of Covid but we ended up leaving the week before Thanksgiving. My pickup location was listed in North Charleston behind a car dealership as that was the closest location to me. I called to confirm multiple times because of the changes and such and just wanted to be sure that a van would be available the following morning. After all my calls, I showed up and they had no idea why I was there. I showed them my confirmation and they looked it up and said my car was at the West Ashley location. No apology or even an address... they just sent us out. At this point, I'm pretty aggravated and the extra running around but us behind by an hour getting out of town. Aside from that, the West Ashley location was pretty good. They still couldn't explain what happened but got me my van and on the way quickly. They were super busy at pickup and dropoff but I appreciated them being efficient and getting me on my way. I wish I knew what happened but at the end of the day, I did get the car I reserved and there were no hidden fees or anything.

I'm sitting in the back seat of my fathers rental and I'm disgusted. First, this is not the car he reserved, he requested an suv so he could put my son's bike in the back but when he got there at the reservation time, the window was cracked so they put him in this which would be fine except it's not what he paid for and is filthy. There is a whole list of things they say they are responsible for cleaning and clearly that didn't happen. The car reeks of smoke and made my throat itch. The guy told my dad it had just been cleaned and is a no smoking car. Judge for yourself by the pictures. Take my word for the smell. You can see the business's response. They had told my dad they would call him before 6pm yesterday. They did not call until almost 10 this morning and the answer was that he needed to drive to North Charleston to switch the car versus them delivering it to the West Ashley location or swapping it at the house. A refund or credit was also not offered. Update, yesterday a manager named Emily called my dad and apologized and asked how she could make things right. She offered a discounted amount and brought a replacement vehicle. Much happier.

I was impressed with this Enterprise location. My oldest stepson had his car (actually his grandmother' as he sold his old, old Nissan Xterra) in the shop but needed to get to work and people at work could not pick him up so off we went to rent a car for him. Unfortunately he had canceled his insurance because of him not owning a car at this time and was using his grandmother's car. Thus they had to place Insurance on him so it was about $423 for 4 days. So the price was not a winner by any means but at least they were able to accommodate somebody without automobile insurance and have him covered with $300,000 in liability coverage which hopefully he will not need!
