I tried a Birria QuesaTaco at a Food Truck Festival today. It was very good. The outside was slightly crisp and folded like a quesadilla. The filling was stuffed with tender shredded beef and cheese. I look forward to trying an actual full sized entree from this truck. I found the sauce that accompanied the taco flavorless but otherwise everything was great to include the customer service. On a

What a fantastic food truck, probably the best we've ordered from. The taco meal is large and very flavorful with lots of filling. The pico de gallo is mild and adds just the right amount of crunch and fresh flavor. Ordered with guacamole and chips. Lots of guacamole and tons of very light and delicate chips. Even the cucumbers were delicious. Excellent service model with individual beepers. Super friendly staff who get it right as well as quickly. Price is quite reasonable for food truck service. We ate under a warm blue sky so the ambiance was great . I have it on good authority though that they do not control the weather. A food truck you should seek out and buy from. Excellent.

Lot of food trucks in Charleston but if Gorditas Locas if available I'll choose them over any other. Their tacos are FIRE. My buddy got the quesadilla and it looked super good too. All the people on the truck seemed cool. Reid took my order (absolute homie) and the girl that called my name and gave me my food was very sweet and help me make sure I had everything I needed. They had a beeper thing for me so I could wander around which is also an above average service feature that did not go unnoticed.

First of all, this food truck agreed to give a percentage of their sales to Fox Ridge Farm at Ashley Ridge High School during their Food Truck/open farm day last Saturday. We all know money is tight for so many, individuals and businesses, so I thought it was really cool that they were involved with helping the farm in that way. My husband and I ordered a taco box to share. We got chicken tacos and they were absolutely delicious. The guacamole was perfection. I love that they threw in limes and cucumber too. I will definitely be on the lookout for this truck so I can try more tacos and the nachos!

I came out for Birria Night and tried the Birria Quesetacos and Birria Quesadilla. Each entree had a unique flavor. The ingredients were fresh and made to order. 4 quesetacos and 2 quesadilla only set me back $23. WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY! This is my second time enjoying Gorditas Locas and they have a lifelong fan in me.

This food truck was parked outside of Two Blokes Brewing and OMG it was absolutely delicious. I can't think of what I even need to write - just look at the pictures that go along with my review and that in and of itself will sell you. I was excited because they sell birria tacos, and I had never had any before. They did not disappoint! 10/10 recommend you check this place out next time you have a chance. Help yourself to the free salsa and chalupa to top off your food while you're at it!

Gorditas Locas taco truck catered a birthday party at my house on James Island and did a great job. They were very friendly, the food was delicious and all of our guests loved it. They give you buzzers to let you know when your food is ready so you don't have to stand around and wait. 10/10 definitely recommend!

This cute food truck made a stop at my apartment complex recently and I really hope they come back soon! I had a long day at work so it was nice to come home and see it in the parking lot. You can order online ahead of time and they'll let you know when your food is done. The employees were very friendly and helpful with ordering and the food tasted so good! They make great authentic Mexican food so if you see their truck around, get some tacos!

Just finished DEVOURING some amazing nachos from this food truck. After living in Austin, which is crawling with amazing food trucks, I found myself routinely disappointed by the food trucks I'd tried so far. Gorditas Locas just broke my dry spell!!! Not only were the potions large, but the price was reasonable - my loaded nachos were piled high with guacamole, black beans, pico, and delicious queso for only $10! I added the grilled chicken to mine. All in all, I was left stuffed, satisfied, and happy. They park near my apartment complex once monthly, and I plan to drop by every time I see them here in the future. The "fat crazy girls" (the literal translation of Gorditas Locas) inside this food truck know what they are doing. Cheers to you, ladies!
