Very disappointed to see there is no Joey or Joey Jr ( my favorite), I can't even understand it, perfect size for me. Sorry Moe's I don't think I'll go back

I was looking for a quick lunch and stopped in for a bowl and some queso. I've been disappointed since they got rid of my favorite shredded pork protein option, but I saw today they now have a birria shredded beef. I don't normally do double meat but I did today so I could try the birria and also have chicken incase I didn't love it. I must say that I might be a double meat orderer from here on out though because the combo was great. I love their queso and always get a large so I can snack on it later. My favorite is dipping the chips in the queso and the salsa together. In the past, when getting a large queso, they would let you get one of those containers and fill it with salsa. Then they started charging for the larger container even though the salsa is free if you get the little ones on your own. Now today, they said they couldn't even sell me one of the bowls and my only option was to get the small ones at the salsa bar. If you're allowed to get as much as you want, why have they made this such a big deal. It's not helping anyone and ruining the customer experience. That's really my biggest gripe with Moe's and it's not this location, they are doing that all over.

Love this location. Staff is always super friendly and helpful when I'm in. We went for New Year's Day and I was so impressed with how upbeat and genuinely happy the staff was. It was clean, well stocked, and they got me out of there super quickly. I still think it's a little overpriced but that does not impact my experience negatively, we just go a little less frequently :) The burritos are always giant and the queso and salsa are must haves!

Love me some Moe's! Came here on National Burrito Day when everyone wanted to celebrate burritos. Personal fav is the Homewrecker burrito bowl, which includes meat and guacamole. Great meal for under $15! I enjoyed their burrito too. As always, chips and salsa are free.

Food was fresh and quick. I love how crisp the veggies are but do wish they would cut them a tad bit smaller. Tables had some crumbs but it was manageable. Someone did come out later to wipe them down. It was quiet and not too busy during our visit. A little chilly but not horrible.

Fist time there with my grandchildren. They loved it, period. The options are remarkable and they cater to your wants and needs. Food is fresh, and they give you plenty. The lady at the counter was friendly smiling, and nice. Prices high like all over. Place could use just a little more cleaning, especially the tables. A good place for stick to you belly food. Moe's offers entrees like salads, bowls, burritos, or nachos, with various proteins like steak, chicken, ground beef, and tofu. All entrees include free chips, and there's a salsa bar as well. I am personally not a fan of the salsa, but the chips are good for scooping up the filling that drops out of your tacos or burrito. I ordered a tofu burrito with grilled veggies, sour cream, shredded lettuce, beans, rice and sauces on the side. I used the mobile app, but my food wasn't ready in the promised time (I actually had to wait about ten minutes instead the store). I didn't have to stand in line, but it didn't save any time from walking in and ordering. Parking here can be a bit tough as many of the spots out front are marked for Sherwin Williams paints or the nail salon. My burrito was missing the sour cream as well as the tofu, which was a bummer. I understand supply chain and staffing shortages, but no one told me in the restaurant or apologized. The app let me order a tofu burrito, and I didn't find out until I got home and opened it. How do you completely forget the protein and not even tell the customer? I'm thankful they did not give me a meat burrito, so I ate my lunch, but in the future, I will go to another Moe's location or eat somewhere else in West Ashley.

The rudest most inefficient staff I have ever seen at a restaurant. If you're a Moe's fan like me, drive over to North Charleston and there you will receive service with a smile and cleanliness. This Moe's was filthy, and so were not very bright lazy people employed there. The manager refused to give me her name and refused to give me her manager's name. Said "ain't got one"... when I reported the deplorable conditions of their salsa bar. Stay away from this one. I will say that I did get in touch with folks at the corporate office and they were polite and professional. I hope they can do something about the vile employees who pretend to work there.
