Food was as expected for Panera. Decent, I've had fresher food at Panera. There was an employee that was very pregnant sitting in the dinning area having a lot of pain. The manager came over and sat with her until her ride got there (she insisted she didn't want an ambulance). Obviously not really related to my experience but I just thought the manager handled it well. Don't know if the business has decent leave programs for pregnant women, but she didn't need to be working. Of course that could have been her choice to continue working but I felt like this girl was bout to bust a baby on the floor. I usually go to restaurants to cure hunger. And I got my food. But I guarantee you I wouldn't have been hungry if I seen a birth. Anyway, I think the management did a good job taking care of this girl and her passenger. 3 stars. Woulda been 4 if they weren't talking on speakerphone. I hate that.

It was great - from the greeting at the front register to the team that was making our Soup & Salad. The team makes the setting great - and when I return to South Carolina in the future, I'll make sure I go back.

Met at couple of friends at this location on Black Friday for a book club discussion. It wasn't very busy when we attived at 4pm, but got busy as the time moved on. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and answered our questions without hesitation. There was many pastries in the case, but I ordered a cinnamon roll that was sitting in the display case and looked so tempting. I wasn't as soft as I would have liked it, but it was tasty and sweet. One friend had a grilled cheese sandwich and enjoyed it. Everything was clean, and it was minimal noise, even when more customers came in.

An awesome opportunity to sit with a cup of coffee and warm up on a very cold morning, I stopped in to this Panera at 7am and stayed for a bit. The staff working this morning were friendly as I looked over the baked goods they were setting up. One large cup of coffee, which I filled at the urns. The hazelnut coffee was weak and devoid of flavor. I would call it "hot and brown." Not good and after half, I dumped it. A second cup from the "light roast" was better though still weak. $2.99 for a large coffee (plus 11% tax) for a total of $3.32? That's bonkers. Next time, I'll get coffee at Dunkies. Awesome staff. Super chill. Super professional and super nice. That is the trifecta of customer service. Spacious seating, good coffee, great salads and right in the heart of Tanger and the Coliseum. This is a good place to grab a quick bite or sit and work

We have used this Panera Bread location the last two months to feed our software customers for lunch using their catering. The group in March was for around 25 while the group this week was closer to 50. Victoria places the order the day before and then picks it up before lunch. Both times everything ordered was what we received. Pretty impressive if you ask me! Out of the options we are given I've selected the turkey, bacon avocado sandwich. The catering boxes come with the sandwich, a bag of chips, a pickle and a cookie. Both times I've had to take the bacon off because it's under cooked and soggy and really just unappetizing to look at. I wish the sandwich would get more than one slice of avocado. I love avocado!!! The cookie is soft and yummy! We are hosting another live event next month so I'm sure we'll be ordering again. Keep up the good work.

Last few times were terrible. Last time I went I ordered a green goddess chicken cob. Got some lettuce with slimy chicken and pickled onions. They forgot the egg, barely gave a squirt of dressing and said I couldn't have a baguette with it. Won't be going again .

I originally ordered broccoli cheddar soup (bowl) and they said they didn't have it. I said Chicken noodle soup is fine. This is how much soup they gave me. In a cup not a bowl like I originally ordered. I'm tired of spending so much money here for them to do this.

Love the service and food fare, as well as coffee, at this place, my first time at this particular branch. Nicely variety on the menu, chose the 1/2 French onion soup, and loved the salad! Clean environment, as expected. Helpful and patient personnel. I recommend it and will return.
