This place is at a farmers market. Sorry folks. I was disappointed. The pork sandwich was good. Good texture and smoke flavor but fell short with the sauces and slaw. The server seemed uninterested and lacked knowledge about they food served.

I stood in line at the farmers market on Marion Square, drooling over all of the menu options that were showing on the board, and had my entire feast planned out by the time I arrived at the register. Once I started talking, I was informed that they were out of Que Rolls, and that they were also out of pulled pork. I started to order a mac n cheese bowl, but was informed that they didn't have parts of the ingredients for the bowl as advertised. I chose then to ask what they did have, and was told that they still had ribs and pulled chicken sliders, as well as pork belly sliders. I ordered two pulled chicken sliders and ribs, and then proceeded to the "wait" line. After ten minutes in the wait line, I was informed by the guy who took my order that they were out of pulled chicken for the sliders. I substituted for the pork belly, because my other option was to try a refund, but by that time, we were all starving, and the other vendors all had lines too. Ugh. As for the food that we did receive, the pork belly sliders had pimento cheese on them and a bit of original sauce, and the pork belly tasted good, so yes, I did enjoy the food that I ate. My kids split the ribs between them and what was able to come off of the bone they were able to enjoy. Overall, I know this was the first weekend of the farmers market and all, but this is not a new business and not their first rodeo, so I hope that they come more prepared in the future.

RightonQue is at the Charleston Farmers Market almost every Saturday. They serve dishes such as bbq and grits, brisket (my favorite!!!), pulled pork, mac n cheese, and more. The owners and workers are very friendly and personable. Stop by and say hello, they will probably remember you!

We ordered RightOnQue to cater for a party we had in Folley Beach this past weekend. Hands down the best BBQ I've ever had and our entire party of 20+ people felt the same way. The ribs are fantastic as is the rest of the food, would highly recommend to traveling to the Charleston area. Gregg is an awesome guy who certainly knows his BBQ and we could not have asked for a better experience all around. On time, friendly and you can taste all the fresh ingredients he uses from the local farmers markets. A+.

RightOnQue serves up some seriously awesome food. I was lucky enough to be at an event which they catered with a whole smoked hog, brisket, mashed sweet and regular potatoes, cole slaw, Mac n cheese, and collards. Man, what a feast. These guys know what they're doing in the kitchen. Some of the best BBQ I've ever had, period. Highest points go to that smoked hog. Man that was out of this world! Keep up the good work, guys!

RightOnQue is simply the best pork rib I've ever tasted. And kudos to Lisa Sargent, who gave me the solid advice to eat them straight, without any sauce. The ribs are meaty and succulent, with a strong but not overwhelmingly smoky, sweet almost ham-like accent. For the 10 minutes it took me to work through my quarter-rack of ribs, there wasn't a thought in my mind - just pure bliss. I'll be back.
