Absolutely worst presentation i ever sat through. The presenter had a total attitude, the plan did not make any sense. They did gave us free vouchers and 75 dollars to seat there. Would not do it again.

BEWARE of Wholesale Escapes!!! In January 2011 I attended a sales pitch by WSE. It was presented as a one stop shop for all travel needs. I do not like to spend hours shopping around, so I thought it would be great. I purchased a membership for $4049 that included 6 anytime (Primetime) condo rental weeks, 2 Free Family and Friends passes, and unlimited 50% off Restaurant.com access. After I was a member for approximately a month, I discover the following to be true: -You can find flights significantly cheaper elsewhere. In my case I found deals $213 cheaper per adult for an overseas flight. -Customer Service will NOT respond to emails. I emailed customer service, the customer service manager, and the president. -Deals offered by WSE are NO better that the FREE sites like Priceline, Expedia, etc. -They never deliver the customer portfolio promised in the presentation. -Ticketing option does not offer tickets to popular shows like the "Moulin Rouge" in Paris. I attempted to get a refund, but after a few phone calls, WSE stopped returning my calls and made no effort to resolve any of my complaints. If anyone has had similar problems with WSE, please do like I am, and take the following action: 1) File complaints with the Better Business Bureau (follow up) and the Federal Trade Commission. 2) File negative reviews on as many sites as you can find like ripoffreport.com, local.yahoo.com, yelp.com, superpages.com, pissedconsumer.com, yellowpages.com, yellowbook.com, etc. 3) PROTEST peacefully in front of the business. Would you have purchased if you saw someone with a sign protesting in front of WSE? I would NOT have. This will impact their bottom line. Remember though, be honest about what happened, do not slander. 4) Spread the word! Don't forget to warn you family, friends, co-workers, post it on your facebook etc. Save others from suffering the same fate. 5) Seek legal means of help. We have never used our membership since signing on in 2009, the way it was intended and it sounds like if we had we would be very disappointed. However, we did stay a week in Cayman Islands for $60, a week in Calgary for free, a week in Aruba for free, a week in New Orleans for $5, a week in New York City at the Hilton for free all because we signed on with Wholesale Travel. So i guess making a decision to spend thousands of dollars on the spot wasn't such a bad idea ;) That is not to say that everyone would experience this, but sometimes the risk pays off. It did for us. Over three years we have clearly made our money back in trips. P.s. Ot an employee, just a couple from Canada who got sucked into the same sales pitch that you did!

Went to their hour long presentation and wondered if they are legitimate. The savings they claim for booking vacation trips - how do you know if you are saving what they claim you are unless you research the travel yourself. Mike at the visitor center outside of Charleston recommended we attend and receive vouchers for admission to local sights. Who makes a decision to spend thousands of dollars on the spot with no research done on the company? Too bad that they position their memberships at an additional $3000 unless you buy today and on the spot. Makes them seem less credible.

I too regret having been roped into one of their high pressure sales talks. After trying to leave several times, salesmen showed us a book of resorts that we would be able to book at. I told them I have no interest in staying at a time share and that I would only like to stay at traditional resorts. They lied and said this would not be a problem. They said we could find hotels anywhere with no black out dates at deeply discounted rates. We found out their quotes for timeshares and for hotels were no better than hotels.com and travelocity. Stay far away from this company!!! We are trying to dispute the charges on our credit card, but it looks like we will loose this battle.

Do not get sucked in these people are the biggest scammers. We were told there would be a 60 min slideshow presentation with no obligation or pressure to buy anything. Afterward we kindly told them we were not interested in purchasing a $9,000 or $7,000 vacation package. These people continued to pressure us into buying and even insulted us by telling us we aren't understanding their deal. Walk the other way. It's all a Scam!!!!

If you're on your phone looking up Wholesale Escapes in their office like we were just RUN THE OTHER WAY. Yes, the free tickets do work at the other locations, so if you want to sit through the presentation then it's worth it, but then run. Do not buy anything. The reason they want you to sign up right then and there, is so you can't go home and google the company. The "A+" BBB rating they show, is a lie. Look them up and you'll find a TON of scam complaints and their actual "D-" rating. Apparently they won't refund your money, that website they show you is always down, and it actually won't save you money. Just run. RUN NOW.

They are not what they claim to be, their prices are not cheaper then you could book yourself. Limited locations to choose from on what they call Hot weeks. High-pressure sales pitch and the worst of all they have no cancellation policy, even if you return the very next day they will NOT give you a refund. They do not return phone calls or emails. I feel as tho I have been scammed!
