I don't know if yall high but zaxbys is the best restaurant how do I know I've coming here for 87days straight and it has not disappointed me once the owner is nice the mangers are nice employees are nice one employee his name was Noah who ever Noah was he needs a raise he's doing good were he works

Watch out for this place, they try to steal money from you. $15 isn't a lot but I've been "scammed" on 2 separate occasions here. The first time, I placed a mobile order and was told they couldn't make it or refund it when I got there because someone got pepper sprayed. I decided to go back today for the first time since they took my $15, placed my order normally, get up to the window and the girl says "we're out of large cups" and just stares at me like I have 3 heads. I told her ok and took my medium drink. You'd think I'd be charged for a medium meal after that, nope! I was still charged for a large drink and my fries were never large to begin with! 1 click on the computer could've changed that drink from a medium to a large, most smart places would just 86 the large drinks to save the hassle. Long story short, avoid this place. The service is bad, the food is mid, and you'll be overcharged atleast $1-2 every visit for little stuff. I should've learned enough about this place when one of their workers got pepper sprayed.

WORST ZAXBYS ESTABLISHMENT in the south. Do not go here. A hair in my salad and there was no salad dressing provided when delivered. AND they refused to remake the order when I arrived. A waste of a fast food place and a waste of employees due to poor customer service.

Amazing food and service, staff are always taking and giving orders with a smile. The food is cooked right when an order comes in so it's hot and fresh.

I really want to like this place bcuz I usually love zaxbys but this location sucks. They consistently have undercooked or burned fries , they screw up orders , on and on. Today they shorted me two fingers and forgot Cole slaw. I'm done. Never going back

Never have I experienced a major delay in Drive Thru traffic, never have I waited upon a particularly long line when eating inside and at some level. --- This is a problem for me. Canes, Chick-Fila and Bojangles seem all to pack in the customers during the busy feeding hours, not so much at Zaxbys. Perceived problematic level two is how two friends espoused upon the virtues of the menu which, upon reading was more of a chicken cooking biography. So, after much consideration, I decided upon -- wait for it -----, the chicken. The ten piece boneless wings were a bit processed to the taste buds, synthetic to the glance and then the buds got slapped by a spicy sauce was quite a full mouth awakening that I was not prepared for. I took a Kickin Chicken sandwich only as the French Fries smacked of frozen and all but for not, if not consumed within fifteen seconds. The Texas was heavily buttered, although by texture and taste I'd swear it was in the margarine family. Another spicey little option that fanned the flames of a searing hot sensation and dulled my ambitions to return. Disclaimer: all spicey items encountered are no surprise, as it is part of the selections descriptions.

Pretty good for a fast food place. Stopped here quickly on our way into Charleston. Got the sliders and they were really good. I would say they give a really big portion of food. No one was able to finish all their food. Surprisingly good. They have a drive thru but I would suggest sitting and eating as it was a bit messy.
