When I rode by and realized they were finally open, I had to stop for lunch. It was a little busy, which is expected for a new business in Columbia. The customer service was good. The place is clean, and there are plenty of places to sit and eat. The menu also has a variety of different options as well. I ordered the jerk chicken sub and garlic parmesan wings with fries. My order did not take too long, which was great. I thought it was going to take a long time, but nope, it did not. The food was cooked fresh and hot. They give you a good bit of fries. They were also hot and fresh. The wings were a good size and fried very well. The garlic parmesan wing flavor was pretty good, but next time I'll try another flavor. The star of the show was definitely the jerk chicken sub. It was so much better than I expected. The flavors of the tender chicken with that bread, cheese, and mayonnaise--definitely 5 stars! So glad to have a solid wings and grill spot on this side of town. Also, considering today's times, prices are not bad at all.

I've been excitedly awaiting the opening of Chex and stopped in today. The place was bustling and everyone was very nice. Our inaugural meal was Buffalo wings and a chicken quesadilla, although everything on the menu looked amazing! The wings were fall off the bone good, and the buffalo sauce had a sweetness to them. The quesadilla checked all the boxes as well. Looking forward to trying a lot more from here and hope they do well!
