Employees were nice and food was served quickly. Great for McDonalds. They even appear to have an area for larger groups. It was closed when I was there though, so could not get a photo. I would go back to this location.

Honestly impressively slow and discombobulated. I am being very patient and am in jovial mood but I have been standing in this crowd of helpless souls dreaming of food for so long that I have now pulled a chair into the middle of the lobby. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. That's it. No specialties. I ordered it at 3:02. It's currently 3:46.

I went through the drive thru at the Lancaster, South Carolina location on 09/21/2024 and I placed a mobile order. Once I got to the speaker and told her my name and code. She said she "has no order with my name." So I made sure multiple times I was at the right location. She still refused to do her job correctly. So I had to leave the drive thru while my account was still charged and my 6,000 rewards points are gone. I have to wait until Monday to call corporate. Please hire some more educated people

We usually drink Coffee in the AM at the McDonalds on Garners Ferry and Atlas Rd. For about two weeks now there have been dead flies and live flies preventing us from enjoying our Coffee, Oatmeal and Chicken Biscuit in the AM. If you need pictures we have them****

Ordered a curbside order since i had surgery and walking is difficult. Waited about half an hour with no updates or food. Tried calling the store to ask for an update and got a disconnected line three times. Decided to crutch myself inside. Waited about 5-10 minutes before anyone even paid attention to me even after i tried to draw their attention several times. Then had to wait another 10ish minutes for the food to be made. I get labor numbers have to be within a range but damn :/ really disappointing. Back of house floors looked gross from the guest point of view. I work in the restaurant industry and there is no reason in hell why guest should see food thrown all over the floors in food preparation or cooking areas. As far as the lobby goes one of the two outside doors was looked so i had to crutch all the way around. A sign would've been nice . Lobbies floors were sticky and greasy. Lights were off and the whole atmosphere wasn't really welcoming at all. Seemed almost like the place was closed Food was disappointing to say the least portion sizes have definitely dropped down. Protein sizes have seriously shrunk and its really more bread than anything. Would give no stars if i could....

First of all the service was terrible. The guy at the window was rude and seemed aggravated. I was being as polite as possible and I ordered a 10 piece nugget and they said they didn't have nuggets like wtf ??
