They barely smart the phone and when they do they don't have a positive attitude. The food is OK but they take so long to get here that its cold, dry, and watered down. they often forget parts of your order and never comes back to correct it

I ordered delivery tonight . I am at work so I called to get the cheese burger basket. The only request I made was that they make sure I get ketchup with my meal since we don't have any at the hotel I work at. Gentleman assured me no problem. When my meal was delivered NO KETCHUP was to be found. I called the store , guy on the phone said I will have my delivery driver come back to store get some and bring it to you. This would have been at least a 15 minute wait, the food would have been cold. I ended up eating the burger and throwing the fries away. I will NEVER order from them again and since I am a desk clerk at a hotel I will NOT give out their number to any more of my guests.
