Dining area was dirty. French fries were crisp and warm. Service was fairly quick. There was one slice of limp bacon on it with a couple of mushrooms. The burger left a lot to be desired.

Decided to stop at this place while driving past it looked very nice and clean from the outside. I ordered my meal from the mobile app then shortly after I went into get my meal. The inside seemed to be decently clean but when I approached the counter I saw a bunch of workers sitting on the calendar including the manager. When walking up to this group it seemed like they did not want to be bothered they acted like I was not even standing there at the counter I had to get their attention. I explained to them that I ordered on the mobile app and they told me they were closed and their fryers were not working as well as the grill. They said they were closed but they was no sign on the door or no one standing there or even the doors were not locked preventing me to not to go in. I asked for a refund and they told me they could not do that they advised me to call the corporate office. Later that evening I did exactly what they told me to do I called the corporate office but there was no answer the following day I called again and once again no answer so then I even went as far as to email them to explain the situation once again my answers were unanswered. Unfortunately I never got my refund. I would not recommend this place maybe if you have to use the restroom but that's about it there's other places in the area that are more for the customer not for themselves.

I asked if they did the bucket of nuggets , which their menu clearly states they do. The lady then said "I don't know , I don't really be doing all that. " She did not want to make them. I ended up getting something else for my family, but it's really disheartening to hear that You don't be doing your job.

I'm sick alright. All I want is a Dave's double with no pickle and no onions. After repeating myself multiple times and correcting the screen myself, I just got home to a Dave's SINGLE WITH PICKLES AND ONIONS. And thanks for the receipt that I didn't get!

I went to the Wendy's on Assembly Street at lunch time and ordered a Dave's Double. I knew that was a mistake. Got back to my desk and part of the second party was missing. I could tell the tomato was not fresh. Williams not make that mistake again.

This is one of the worst managed Wendy's! They always miss items or have the wrong order delivered. Ordered 2 classic chicken with cheese, fries, and a drink. Received no drink, and a Dave's single with cheese. For $32!!!! I hate this place.

On March 20, I was enticed by Wendy's offer of a $1 single if I used the mobile app. When I showed up, the staffer at the window couldn't find my order. I had printed out the communication from Wendy's website. Still, she couldn't find it and wasn't motivated to fix it. An older employee (management?) came to window and told me to pull over and my sandwich would be brought to me. I waited 20 minutes. No sandwich, no explanation. I was fuming and still am. I tried to contact Wendy's corporate site but couldn't get through. I didn't have a receipt so I didn't have a receipt number and the complaint wouldn't process. I'm here because Wendy's couldn't hear me. This is not a company focused on the customer. It's been years since I've eaten at Wendy's. Maybe never again.

Leaving this as a reminder to never return. Waited ten minutes to have my order taken and wasn't even acknowledged as I stood waiting. The place is dirty and the trainer spat on the floor in the kitchen, in full view of customers. The food was bad for fast food.
