My daughter, her friend and I stopped in here for lunch last weekend. We beat the rush and didn't have to wait at all. The guy taking our order was polite and rang us up quickly. The order was ready before the girls filled their sodas up, which is pretty impressive because it takes forever at the one near my house. I enjoyed my Jr cheeseburger deluxe. It was hot and all the toppings were fresh. My fries were good but a little salty. The girls enjoyed their food too. I think this Wendy's is decorated nicely but I'm not sure why they haven't added a mirror to the women's bathroom. I looks like it was ripped off the wall.

After waiting in the drive through for about 15 minutes and moving 1 car length, I decided to come inside to order. Another 15 minutes later, I still don't have my chicken strips. I have never witnessed a whole crew move so slowly. It's almost as if it's some sort of joke. The two people who ordered before me doesn't have their food either. Do better! This is rude and disgusting. I understand it's not a high paying job, but have some sense of pride in your work.

We waited for 30 minutes for our food only to find out that they were "out of lettuce". The floors were wet and sticky and everything was dirty. Drink machine was broken. I would leave a -1 star review if I could.

Long drive thru but nice employee. Food was good. $1 single fits the pocket book perfectly. Lawsey they're Slow. I was hungry so I didn't drive off. I thought it would've been piping hot but only slightly warm. So better than cold which my Orange frosty was!!

This Wendy's is no longer reliable probably due to understaffing and poor logistics. Long lines (15+ minute waits); 2 weeks ago did not have chili and today did not have Frosties. Drive on past.

I only go to Charleston area to be in the hospital. After a stay with hospital food I like to grab a bacon jr, chili, and a frosty. After hospital food, Wendy's is a filet mignon.

Took it to the drive-thru on my way into work and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of service at 6:15pm on a weekday, as well as the accuracy of my order. My "Dave's Single w/cheese" was piping hot when I opened my bag of goodies. Can't say that about the fries - only warm, kinda limp, but I didn't have time to pull "up and over to the right". Kudos to whoever manages the soda fountain as the mix was spot on! All in all, for a quick fix, it was a solid 3.5 so I'm rounding up.

Food is normally good but takes forever. Almost every time the line is winding out into the street. Last night wasn't any different and the line took about 20 minutes to get thru. I've tried using the app to do take away only to discover that the door is locked and I can't get my money back. I've contacted them for refund but never received a response. Try to avoid if possible and go elsewhere.

Wendy's Store 361, Mount Pleasant, SC. I would give this place NO STARS, if that was an option. New management and workers need to be hired. We walked in to a woman behind the counter dealing with a man who was obviously having a breakdown. To the point, my husband almost stepped in to help until the guy left. After he left and my husband went to fill up his drink cup, ALL of the drinks in the machine were empty. He went to the counter to let her know and she got irritated with him. He asked if they could fill it and was told he'd have to wait a while. He asked if he could have one of the drinks behind the counter, she walked off mad and then STARED AT HIM. Another lady said rudely from behind the counter "what drink do you want?" My husband said he wanted coke, but they're out in the machine and he'd just like a drink. He asked if he could have a drink from behind the counter and was rudely told "It costs more". Another woman came storming out of the "employees only" door talking over her shoulder about how she doesn't put up with attitudes, or whatever crap was spewing from her mouth and was hateful also. The same lady tried to take his drink cup out of view to fill it in the back and was being very ugly, so knowing he didn't want spit in his drink, which I'm 100% sure would have happened, he said no. To the employees; 1. Check yourself when interacting with customers who were being polite from the start. 2. If you want a paycheck, freaking do YOUR JOB HONEY and make sure drink machines are filled. 3. You are the one who is suppose to be providing a service to customers, so educate yourselves on how you're suppose to change your attitude at the door before you punch that time clock. You're not representing yourself at that point, you're representing a company. Do better. The whole staff that was working Monday, July 22nd around 3:30 PM needs to be fired. To treat someone who's been serving in the Marine Corps for 26years with such bitchiness is extremely uncalled for. What a hole. Bathroom was disgusting too, with a peeling toilet in the women's room. Food was bland and had no flavor. Chairs were on most of the tables, water standing on the floor in some spots, and the tables were sticky. Only good thing were the Frosty's. This one experience (after living all over the United States and spending six years oversees) we're deleting our Wendy's apps and never ordering from any Wendy's ever again. We'll be spreading the word as well.
