Wicked themed 4-course meal. I love trying new dishes through these events. This event started a little differently than the past I've attended. We were tested this time at tables of 4 versus seating ourselves at a big u-shaped set up of tables. My friend snd I sat with a nice couple who we chatted and lsughed with the entire time. Service was pretty swift with each course. I know they're making a large amount of dishes at once, but t he temperature of the hot courses could've been better. Everything was tasty, but the temperature of the puree in the 1st course would have made it delicious, I'm sure, and the same for the seafood bass & ravioli in the 3rd course. All of the drinks in this event were on the sweet side.

Bonefish Grill - Wrong Order & Rude Response I ordered Grilled Chicken through DoorDash, but when my order arrived, it was Grilled Shrimp instead. The food label clearly said "Grilled Chicken," so the mix-up happened at the restaurant, not with DoorDash. When I called Bonefish Grill to get it sorted out, the woman who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me, "You got the wrong food, not the wrong order," as if that somehow made it better. There was zero apology or ownership of the mistake. She then told me I could drive back to pick up the right order myself, or call DoorDash and blame them -- even though the label on the food came directly from Bonefish Grill. Between the wrong order, the rude attitude, and the complete lack of accountability, this experience was beyond disappointing. For a place that markets itself as "polished casual dining," the service I got was anything but.

We arrived on a Friday, a group of 7. The wait time was extensive, which is understandable for a Friday at 6pm. Nevertheless they quoted us 45 minutes, however 45 minutes turned into an hour, eventually we were seated. The wait to receive the food was another 30 to 40 minutes. The most disappointing part was that once the food arrived the consensus amongst the table was that it was mostly bland and lacked flavor. My entree, the Parmesan crusted trout was very oily as if they deep fried it instead of pan seared it. Overall, it was one disappointment after the next and I likely won't return anytime soon. In all honesty I hadn't been to bonefish in over 10 years.

Dined in on a Sunday and it was a light crowd of people. Located centrally near the outlets. We ordered the snapper and salmon. The snapper was a small filet that was lightly seasoned. The salmon was dry and slightly overcooked. The mashed potatoes and jasmine rice were good. The strings beans were tough and lacked flavor. The Bang Bang shrimp were delicious.

Signed up for the Brunch Event and it was well worth it!! For $40 we got 4 courses each course paired with a delicious cocktail to complement. The food was amazing, a well thought out menu and the service was excellent! The team worked together to serve everyone quickly and kindly. Seating was reserved so we had no problem getting a table. This was my first time attending one of these events and will definitely look for more opportunities like this. This is what brunch is all about!!

We stopped in for lunch and were delighted by the way it looked inside! We went mid day and were greeted with a friendly hostess and seated promptly! We asked about the menu and what the waiter would recommend. After that we ordered. I ordered two appetizers the Bang Bang shrimp and calamari! My husband ordered a pasta dish with shrimp and scallops in a white sauce! I was pleasantly surprised that they had an espresso martini! It was all delicious! Ambiance was great too!

The food was pretty good. I ordered the cod imperial, tasty but a bit dry. The service was amazing, Trinity. The ambiance was 3/10. There was a table of young kids who caused the entire time they were there, couldn't have been more than 17. I was wondering at what point management was going to ask them to tame the language...it never happened.

We enjoyed our date night here! Our server made sure we were taken care of throughout our time, it was quiet and then it got super busy right at 5pm! The steak was seasoned well , the mussels was good and the white wine sauce was amazing! Lemon drop was a good addition for seasonal drinks.
